Is "loss due to improper management" accounted in the books? A company with a fair contract supporting the profit-creating workers would not engage in business like this company. Culture clearly changed in 2022 since Vogue. However this is still a dentist employing professionals that care for teeth and that vision remains. Bosses need workers, but good workers don't need bosses- stop dimming potential of those with education.

Was a patient for a couple years at Vogue Dental (must be under new management), and have now switched for the following reasons: I would make appointments at 8 AM to avoid missing more work than needed, the office never opened on time. Staff would be walking in to unlock the doors at 8:10, I wouldn't even get in to see the doctor until 8:30. Staff could not locate my patient information/insurance (needed to resupply every visit, took x-rays and could not find them within the system, and did a "partial cleaning" due to not being able to log into their system. This partial cleaning didn't even include flossing - and I was told I would have to come back for a full cleaning. Staff would try to take xrays before covering me with the lead blanket - I had to ask to put it on. Last cleaning so much water was sprayed on my face that I had to go home and dry my hair and change my shirt. In this office, my Dental Hygienist was very kind, but overall I didn't feel like any of the other staff knew what was going on or were happy to be working there. I've never had experiences like this anywhere else, and tried to give them multiple chances

I would give this facility less than a one if I could. I always get the run around about why my appointment needs to be rescheduled. I've never simply scheduled an appointment and had my appointment on that same date and time. However, today takes the win for it all. The doctor had an office assistant text me saying she "just rather not" wait around for my scheduled appointment the day of. This wouldn't be an issue however the original appointment was rescheduled for this one. Now they are requesting I reschedule for a 3rd time. Just because the doctor doesn't want to wait or rather not shows how much or a lack of care she has for her clients

Call the Monday after Thanksgiving said the Dentist wouldn't be back until that Wednesday and they would give me a call or call me in a prescription I called Wednesday three times no return call absolute worst place I've been to

One day before my appointment, they called me and said that the price for general cleaning will be increased from $100 to $200 :) when I asked why, they said it was because of Covid and everything. Such a scam. The general cleaning service was also terrible the previous time I visited.

They were able to get me in same day. Communicated everything they were doing and made me feel safe and as comfortable as possible.

The dentist and her assistant were both very calm, kind, and thorough when explaining procedures and how the payment/insurance process worked. I went in feeling very nervous and they were both very assuring and patient with me and my many questions :).

I have pretty sensitive teeth issues and these girls were amazing! I couldn't be happier with my experience. They made my dental anxiety go away I will for-sure be coming for my cleanups often!

Dont recommend them at all. The girl at the desk couldnt figure out my paperwork or how to even go about setting up my treatment plan for my teeth . Was sitting there for over a hour waiting for her to figure it out . She called my insurance company like 3 times to find out the information and had me call my father over 10 times with that time frame for information about him to set up my plan . Highly disappointed with them . And you need to find people who really know how to do their job .

Today I received a collections notice on a bill from Vogue Dental from a visit I had there two years ago, however I paid the entire amount not covered by my insurance at that time. In the past two years I have never received a single call or bill from them until this notice, yet suddenly I have a bill in collections? Additionally, even though the staff was friendly, my visit at that time was a very unpleasant one. I have an implant that was done by my previous dentist and Vogue Dental told me that not only was it failing, but I also needed a bone and gum graft as a result. They also told me that I needed braces and that I was "tongue thrusting" when swallowing which would over time lead to dental and speech issues. All of this of course would cost thousand of dollars. This seemed extreme so I got a second opinion at a different local dentist and they told me that absolutely none of these procedures were needed. Vogue Dental is a scam, from recommending unnecessary procedures to billing for items that have already been paid. I would recommend steering clear and going elsewhere for your dental needs.

Have had a horrible experience with this office. First of all, they took waaay too many x-rays, because I was told the person was new and just learning. The dentist didn't know how to numb properly; when I said I could feel her drilling, she blamed it on me! And then worst of all, I just received a call from them saying that I still owed money. From 2 years ago?! I had paid whatever they told me to at that time, so they messed up something with insurance as well. Save yourself a lot of headaches (and mouth aches) and go somewhere else!

This is my second visit here, after my first visit I wanted to try another place, but instead decided to give them a second chance 6 months later.. this last visit was the absolute worst dentist appointment I've ever had. I would be more inclined to drive 2 hours one way to my old dentist than to come here again. I waited for almost one hour before my cleaning, and yes, I did arrive on time to my appointment, I was actually early. And both visits no one is ever at the desk so I have to wait until someone comes. The cleaning was terrible! It was forceful and fast. There were two ladies working in my mouth at the same time which means 4 hands! I've never had pain during any cleaning except this one! When they first got to me they jumped right into the fluoride cleaning, didn't even use the metal tools to pick/scrape which I've experienced at every cleaning my entire life. The cleaning was sloppy, very messy, water running down my face, my shirt was wet. They were rushing and being rough. My teeth hurt so bad and gums were bleeding, which I know bleeding gums are normal but this was every tooth and you could see the gouges in my gums! It hurts to eat and drink now, I have NEVER felt this way after a cleaning, and I've never missed a cleaning! I will not be returning.

While I didn't feel the staff was exceptionally nice, I thought they were really informative. I went in for a cleaning (I must admit I was overdue for one), and they told me I needed a root canal as well as some fillings. They referred me to a specialist in Bloomington for the root canal, but I opted to go to my previous dentist up North to see if he could help me. This second dentist filled my cavities and the root canal for me, but he really did not believe that Vogue had cleaned my teeth at all. I know that an attempt was made to clean my teeth, but I am really disappointed that another professional really doubted that I had a cleaning a few days before seeing him.

I will be honest I hate going to the dentist. But the Doc and his assistant were wonderful. They kept me informed and comfortable every step of the way. Thank you I am so glad I gave you a try!

Had an appointment today at their office in Normal. Dentist was not friendly and was inflexible on treatment plan to address the tooth that was causing me pain. Dentist stated that the cavity "was too minor to be causing pain". Went to a different dental practice for a second opinion. The other practice advised that the cavity should be the first problem addressed and not the last. They then placed a filling in the cavity and resolved my tooth pain. Would not recommend Vogue Dental unless you want to go elsewhere for second opinions afterwards.

This was my second visit to Vogue and again a wonderful experience. Just needed a second opinion to work done by another dentist. The Doctor gave me an informative answer and help ease my fears.
