Dr. Nguyen and his team of assistants are the absolute best! I picked up my retainers today and I am extremely pleased with the results! The staff were always very professional , nice and caring! I couldn't have asked for a better orthopedic team! I highly recommend this practice for all your ortho needs!

Two daughters have now had good experiences with Dr Nguyen and his staff at the Norcross location. So nearby and always prompt. Treatment accomplished before promised as well.

I've never had anything but an exceptional experience with this office! Dr Vo is great and goes above and beyond for her patients. The front office staff is always nice and helpful, the dental hygienists do a great job as well. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have been a patient of Dr. Vo for many years and more recently started seeing Dr. Nguyen for orthodontist care . They are both SUPER efficient, attentive to details, perfectionist and make me feel like they truly care about the health of my teeth and gums . They never gave me the impression that they are just money grabbers. I absolutely love my new smile from my braces and gingivectomy procedure all done by Dr. Nguyen.

Before my visit I was really nervous, and honestly did not want to go! Fortunately the staff, hygienist, assistants and doctors are all so nice and knowledgeable I felt safe secure and taken care of! I even scheduled my next visit with them same day! I would definitely recommend to anyone who has had a bad experience in the past with their dentist please go to Vo Dentistry!

I have had such a great experience here! Dr. Vo is the best dentist! She is very gentle and very patient. She will go over everything to make you feel comfortable. Dr Nguyen is the absolutely the BEST orthodontist ever. He has helped me so much. I am now so in love with my smile because of him. I am so grateful to have found this dentistry. Super friendly staff.

I've had general cleanings and tooth extractions done at the Lawrenceville office. Every experience I've had here so far has been 5/5 stars. The staff and dentists are super courteous and thorough with cleanings and procedures. They're very transparent in explaining their procedures and try to be minimally invasive. Better yet, they don't shame you or make you feel bad about your teeth. Instead, they're really committed to helping you understand and improve your dental hygiene. They made me feel less anxious about visits considering I've had some bad experiences at dentists prior. Overall, try this place out if you're looking for a super skilled and caring dentistry in Gwinnett! I usually hate going to the dentist but thankfully found a practice that makes the time and money spent feel worthwhile. P.S. They even share the same office space with GA Orthodontic Care (literally the same building and front desk). It's super convenient because you can usually get all your dental stuff solved in one location. I had my braces done there with Dr. Nguyen and it really made a difference with impacted teeth/overcrowding.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE. IF YOU WANT TO FEEL EXCEPTIONALY DISSAPOINTED DO SHEDULE AN APPT HERE AND SEE IT FOR YOUR SELF. AND WITH THAT JUST KNOW I'M TAKING MY WHOLE FAMILY ELSEWERE. Your office is very unreliable and definitely untrustworthy to me at this point plus your doctors seem to not have COMPASSION at ALL. Trust me when i tell you i understand, acknowledge and VALUE others patients time yet when you see a pattern it can only be read as incompetence. So thank you but no thanks, as i stated at your office today, do cancel the appt for 12/23/21 for i will NOT be assisting.

My visit to Vo dentistry was very pleasant from beginning to end. I was kindly greeted by the front desk staff Sandy and Taina and was brought to the exam room in a very timely manner. Patty the hygienist was very thorough with my cleaning, a strike contrast to any other hygienist I have ever been to for my cleanings. Dr. Vo was very informative and answered all of my questions. Overall, an excellent service in my opinion. I would rate 10 stars if I could.

The worst Customer Service and scam! If you are non-American, you will have to wait for an additional hour although you already have appointment booked. They will not allow you to express your service need but will automatically place you in the services that they think they will get the most out of your insurance coverage. I never confirmed for any services that I don't need! This place is a scam and pricey place! So, PLEASE PLEASE be aware!!! There are many other good dentist facilities out there that you can go instead of here! If you are the owner of this office location and is revewing this post, let me know if there is a way I can contact you directly without calling the front desk. I have called and requested to talk to you many times, but your front desk assistant always blocking me from speaking to you.

I'm giving them 1 star for multiple reasons: 1. EVERY time I went to see the dentist with an appointment booked, I still had to wait over an hour to get in. EVERY SINGLE TIME! So, what's the point of making an appointment, and why over booked multiple patients at the same time? 2. The front desk was rude and unwilling to corporate when I wanted to bring up questions about insurance coverage. I, of course, worry about the out-of-pocket amount I have to pay or the services I have that will or will not be covered with the insurance. I don't know, so I thought I had the right to ask!, right? They seemed like unwelcoming and unwilling to answer my questions. Are there any hidden fees that you don't want the patient to know? I ended up having an exam and 2 fillings in December 2021, which they MAX out of my insurance coverage for 2021 (I didn't use my insurance for the whole year before I'm seeing them). 3. My other appointment was the first week of Jan 2022. In Dec 2021, they said I have a few more fillings that need to be done, so they wanted me to come back in Jan 2022. I came back and thought they would do the rest of the fillings, but they changed their words and said they would do the deep clean instead. They said they called and confirmed for deep clean, which is NOT TRUE. I didn't ask for that service this time because I wanted to get all the fillings done first, and none in my family members confirmed that for me. All the front desk called and confirmed was, "You have an appointment on mmddyyyy at HHMM." Their deep clean price is very pricey, so I don't want it to be done yet till after all of the fillings completed, which I told them MANY MANY times since Dec 2021 but they ignored. Overall, I have both good and bad experiences with this dental office. The dentist has good skills, but not the services provided with its price!

I came to the office two years ago when my general dentist recommended that I need jaw surgery for my underbite. However, with the help of Dr. Nguyen, the orthodontist, I was able to get away from surgery. The staffs' attitude and care were second to none. Dr. Nguyen also explained the procedure and progression of your case with each visit. I recommended Vo Dentistry for several of my friends, and they could not be happier. If you are looking for a better smile, get a consultation with them and get started.
