Had implant dentures all he's worried about is money spends no time with you the poor assistant has all the pressure on them. Greedy and shouldn't be putting in implants.... mine never locked in back loose for 3 months then all implants fell out . They had to make my teeth 4 times and still didn't fit. I wasted 12800.00. He put my implants to close together and made them fail. Got 4 dentists opinions. I seeing him for malpractice I ask for refund BUT HE THIMKS HE DOES NO WRONG. he already has 1 malpractice lawsuit and fixing to have another one. He should loose his license I've called Ada. He will wish he would have Givin me my money back before I get done with him....

Dr. Baugh doesn't care if you're hurting or not... Dr. Vizzinia will help you if you're in pain. I would recommend seeing him if you're hurting. Overall both are good dentists. They will refer you for root canal if you need one. Just make sure your insurance will cover it all first. The place in Trussville I was referred to waited until just a few days before the weeks long wait for the appointment was up to tell me I'd have to pay $700 out of pocket....

My daughter has been using Vizzinia & Baugh for over 5 years now, they are the only dentist she trust!!! We Love Them they go above and beyond Great Staff and Atmosphere too!!

We love Dr. Baugh but they have a rule where parents can't go back after the child hits a certain age. My child is 6 and has anxiety with the dentist. Being told she has to go alone, doesn't make the dentist experience easy for her. So unfortunately, we are having to change to a different dentist.

The place is clean and staff is friendly enough, but wait times are ridiculous. I have quit using thier office because despite being on time my wait was never lass than an hour past my appointment. My two children had cleanings, no cavities or complications and we were there 5 hours. These were scheduled a month in advance and we were 15 mins early. So decent office, people are nice, just expect to be there a very long time. Especially if you have children.

Dr. Baugh and staff were AMAZING with my terrified and ailing 6 year old. They made him feel comfortable and excited to be there. 10/10 would recommend.

I hate the thought of go to the dentist, I'm a big old baby . But on 3/31/21 I went to Dr. Vizzinia's office and thats when Dr. J. Baugh and her assistant, they completely changed my mind about dentist. You guys rock its great to see someone that takes pride in their work.

Had to take my son to have some work done today. Dr Baugh and her nurse were absolutely amazing! They were both very attentive to my son trying their best to make him feel comfortable. The older lady at the front desk however needs to learn some manors and how to speak to a human being! She was very rude!

By far one of the best dentists I've ever been too. I've have some...really awful experiences with dentists, so I automatically went in having a panic attack, and flash backs of the bad times, and instead of judging or acting like I was "faking it", they understood, and that meant more to me than I can express. The fact they were actually making sure I was numb and no longer in distress, and the professionalism. I highly recommend. It was the best experience I've had with a dentist, and they made me feel welcome, like family. I'm crying typing this lol they really were just so nice.

Very friendly and professional people..takes plenty of time with you explaining everything that needs to be done..makes sure you are not feeling pain before the procedure..and what to expect after procedure..very pleased..sending wife next.. Well have to give an update on my review 08/21...had to return to the dentist office for my front teeth have broken not one but both from all these medicines I take for other other things going on in my life which I have explained to Dr. Vizzinia and the dentist assistant I'm so sorry I can't remember her name she is the BEST I mean that .. from my first visit to every time I go..I have ask for her personally she does great work...but anyway got there 30 minutes early greeted by the whole staff behind the check in desk ..and no sooner than I sit down her she comes calling me back friendly as always, caring, asking all the right questions making you feel comfortable..then checking out the problem, going to check out what your coverage is and explaining your options..mine were crowns after Dr V. comes in and talks to me and further explains the process and the numbs you up does his part always checking to make sure you don't need a break.. she gets to work on the temporary crowns and when done I can't tell my front teeth were even broken.. waiting on the real crowns the plastic ones look great can't wait for the other one's.. but I could not have asked for a better place to go than here to have dental work done..just a reminder have insurance...call your insurance provider first then have them contact your insurance provider after they figure out your issues it will go alot easier that way and you will know your options before work is done..God bless the whole office group there..but I really want to thank God for answering my prayers for sending me to the best doctors, surgeon, dentist, dentist assistant I have.. without them like they say ..they are helping me with my quality of life.. because life for me has changed got to make the best of it from now on and I can smile again without looking like a meth head anymore.. Thanks to you all.. especially my dental assistant who took her time working on my temporary crowns.. your the BEST..Have a Blessed day..

This rating is purely for whoever takes care of billing. We had a Plan worked out to fix my teeth with $2000.00 Budget they worked out the Budget we agreed on. Now they say I owe $308.00.??? Be careful and watch what is said.
