Baylor Scott & White Urgent Care offers comprehensive, quality care for a variety of illnesses and injuries. Our providers treat patients of all ages (6 months and older) at our walk-in clinics seven days a week.

Our urgent care clinics use an electronic health record that connects your care with Baylor Scott & White doctors and hospitals for seamless coordination. With theMyBSWHealth Appand online portal, our patients can:

We are encouraging all patients experiencing fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, weakness, muscle pain, diarrhea, vomiting and/or loss of smell to first visit MyBSWHealth for a free online COVID-19 screening

As always, if you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. Notify the dispatch personnel that you have or are being evaluated for COVID-19. If available, put on a face mask before emergency medical services arrive.

If the newborn is in the NICU, mother and father or partner are allowed. If the mother has multiples, only mother and father or partner can provide care and parents are able to leave and return to the hospital. Depending on the hospitals guidelines, some parents may be allowed a support person(s) to help care for newborns in the NICU must be the same visitor(s) wearing the infant security band for the entire stay.

For mothers who deliver at home but need to be admitted to the hospital for further care, the newborn can remain with the mother, as long as a support person is present to be responsible for the newborn.

Depending on the delivery and hospitals guidelines, the parents intending to raise the child can be present during the delivery, however, they cannot be present during a cesarean birth. Both parents may stay in the postpartum room as long as they do not leave the hospital. A support person will be allowed to remain with the surrogate mother throughout her stay.

If the patient allows an infant security band to be provided for one of the adoptive parents and the newborn is intended to room with the adoptive parent(s), then the adoptive parent(s) will be allowed to care for the newborn but should not leave the hospital. The birth mother is allowed a support person during her stay. If the patient does not allow an infant security band to be provided to anyone and the baby is staying in the birth mothers room, then the adoptive parents cannot come in as approved visitors.

Dr Yoon is great. She really listens to my concerns and finds ways to help. She really goes above and beyond.

I called this morning - my primary care provider found I have elevated thyroglobulin levels and wants me to be seen by a specialist right away. The gal at the front desk could not find my information and told me she would "look again in a couple of days." In addition to that, new patient appointments start in March, so six months for an appointment.

Dr. Yoon is a true professional. She listens, is observant, and provides valuable advice/direction. When visiting her office you are greeted by the receptionists, and the lobby has plenty of open, spaced out seating. The nurses are pleasant and helpful in prepping the visit. Even though she is wearing a mask, which I appreciate, I can tell Dr. Yoon is smiling and genuinely happy to help improve the lives of her patients. I highly recommend Dr.Yoon as an Endocrinologist.

Very rude. Her first suggestion was weight loss surgery instead of working with me to determine the reason I have obesity even though I eat right and exercise.

Just want to say that most of the complaints on this site are about the front desk or about insurance problems. I have complaints on neither. Now, to Dr Yoon and her medical staff. Such lovely women! Patient while I explained my 89 year-old mother's problems, eye-to-eye contact, thorough examination. So kind and professional.

Dr. Yoon has been my doctor for several years now and has worked with me to change medications and adjust my dose of various thyroid medicines so I feel well. She listens to my concerns and is willing to try a variety of options. She respects what I tell her about how I am feeling which is important when dealing with thyroid disease.

Won't see you without a referral, not interested unless you have a thyroid to treat, not interested on patients dependent on medication or their current condition. Only surgery spells ca$h. Get holistic, I wouldn't have my removed unless it was incurable cancer, don't have your thyroid removed, it's a living hell having these people help you once they remove your gland and you're dependent on meds for the rest of your life.

The front desk lady, Rachel Evans, is rude and flat. I had a wrong scheduling for sonogram with baylor from Dr. Moon's order and had to go home without getting done. I wanted to figure out how to reschedule and what happened and she is not listening to me and cutting off my words and she said she is not responsible for this and didn't let me finish my words and immediately transfer to medical assistants voicemail line. It was not first time she is being rude when I schedule appts, but I am getting tired of her awful service.
