Had a crown put in about 5 years ago at a different facility in Wyoming. The teeth alignment never felt right. Right side of mouth had a high spot that kept the rest of my teeth from meeting. Lots of pressure on that high spot. Chronic pain. Original dentist tried to grind it down but again did not get it right. A year or so later went to a dentist in North Carolina. He did not grind it properly either. Teeth and jaw hurt every day, especially when waking because I am a side sleeper. Last week the pain was most intense ever. I thought the tooth under the crown had broken. Since we were traveling I looked up "emergency dental in Terre Haute". Vivid Smiles came up. They got me in within and hour and a half after calling. Dr. Paruchuri was great. Her team examined and x-rayed. She determined that I had a severe infection rather than a broken tooth. She prescribed an antibiotic. When she was finished I asked her to take a look a the high spot. She acknowledged that it was quite high and agreed that it was probably causing a LOT of discomfort. She was a little unsure about grinding because I was already in a lot of pain from the infection. I told here I would take severe pain for a short period if it would stop the chronic pain. She agreed to do it. She told me to be ready for some intense pain. I didn't feel anything!!! Nada!! Zip!! She ground, checked, ground, checked and then ground again. NO PAIN. My teeth align properly now and I cannot believe how good my jaws feel. Thanks a LOT Dr. Paruchuri and Vivid Smiles!!

They did a wonderful job on my dentures. No one can tell they are dentures. I would and have sent my family and friends and I would go back again.

Once again Dr. Parachuri is very passionate about her job! She loves her job, it shows!!! Honestly the BEST dentist I've ever been to! I've never once had a bad experience here! They make you feel very comfortable and will take the time to answer your questions! They make going to the dentist not so bad. The staff is very professional and they know what they are doing! It's also a very clean office! If I could give 100 stars I would! If you need a dentist, don't hesitate to go here! Dr. Parachuri is amazing at her job! Thank you all, Dr. Parachuri and staff, for caring and loving what you do! Keep up the good work! :0) Also, the lady, I didn't catch her name, that did my X-rays today was very fast and professional! She did a very good job! She made it not so uncomfortable! Thank you all again and I will see you next time!

I waited over 30 minutes before they called me back. Then the nurses weren't very chipper, they all looked like they were just dragging their feet and more interested in chatting with each other

I was very pleased with Vivid Smiles. I came in as a walk-in and surprisingly was seen and treated almost immediately. The dentist was excellent and communication was precise and knowledgeable. I am thankful they fixed my problem and I will definitely be returning

Both doctors are amazing with how they take care of their patients. I was very anxious to have any work done because of fear and they guided me every step of the way and calmed me to me that's valuable. I highly recommend Vivid Smiles for all the family. Thank You!

This is the best dental office I have ever been to! I cannot thank the team enough for their attitude and assistance! I finally don't have anxiety when thinking about my next appointment.
