Dr. Vivian Nguyen received her Doctor of Dental Surgery at University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2006, and she now proudly calls McKinney her home. Dr. Vivian believes her patients comfort and ultimate satisfaction lies in the relationship they have with her and in delivering outstanding service every single visit. She takes great care in learning about the concerns of each patient, while educating and involving them in every step of their individualized treatment plan towards better oral health. She and her staff will make you feel at home, and Dr. Vivian will always give you an honest assessment of the condition of your mouth. Her aim is to prevent problems before they ever occur. She focuses on prompt and friendly family dental care, which includes routine exams and cleaning, as well as providing essentials such as fillings, crowns, implants, bridges, dentures, Invisalign, and cosmetic veneers. Dr. Vivian continues to expand her knowledge in the field by regularly obtaining Continuing Education Credits.
In her free time, Dr. Vivian enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family. She loves spending time working and training her dog. She hopes to train him as a Therapy Dog to serve those in need by bringing joy, comfort, and companionship to community members who may be elderly or surviving with illness. She is dedicated to her goals, whether personal or professional, and genuinely enjoys caring for the well being of others in her community.
Dr. Vivian is a proud member of the community and opened her dental practice so she could place an emphasis of quality individual care. She takes great pride in having her name on her practice, and welcomes you to become a part of her dental family.
Amanda has been in the dental field for 13 years providing excellent customer service. She is also cross trained to help assist Dr. Vivian when needed. Amanda has a passion for helping patients get a better understanding of their treatment plans and financial concerns. She goes above and beyond to make sure you receive the best quality care and will happily answer any questions you may have regarding your insurance policy, treatment plan or any financial questions. On Amanda's own time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and their dog Chloe.
Jessalyn graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. She graduated from Tarrant County College with her Associates in Dental Hygiene in 2016. She is Nitrous Oxide and CPR/BLS certified. She strives to ensure our patients always feel 100% informed and comfortable during their visit. There is nothing more gratifying to her than educating and helping patients overcome their dental fears. Jessalyn continues to expand her knowledge in the field by regularly attending continuing education classes. 'Nothing brings me more joy than hearing my patients express how happy their experience was and how clean their teeth feel.'
Janeen completed her Associates degree in dental assisting training from Grayson College in May 2018. She handles the front of the office and the insurance side of the business. As well as, coordinating Dr. Vivians schedule and assisting during treatment and procedures when needed. Janeen absolutely loves interacting with people and is always willing to go above and beyond for the well being of her patients. In addition to her everyday operations for the office, her focus is on patient care and satisfaction.
When not working, Janeen enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She also enjoys working out, listening to music, traveling, and attending fiction conventions and festivals. Janeen overall has proven to be very detail-orientated person in both her professional and personal life showing great care to every patient, just as she cares for her family and friends.

I have been trusting Dr. Vivian with my teeth (and gums) for the past 6 years, and I have always had wonderful service from the moment I walk in to the time I leave. She really does care about more than just my teeth and takes time to explain what is going on and letting me know what is involved with any work and the office staff is on top of letting me know the fees and working with my insurance to make sure I'm taken care of. I love that she doesn't over treat and her priority is ME!. She made sure that I was referred to a gum specialist when I needed one for my issues instead of just doing what most dentists would and going through the motions and doing a cleaning when that is not what I needed and I would have lost some of my teeth that way. Thank you for going above and beyond, Dr. V!

Scam artists who seek to collect, even when they refuse to treat by ensuring to take images and over billing for them. Working the system....just short of insurance fraud. DO NOT GO. Also REFUSE to provide images on disk or drive so that you can actually get the treatment you need elsewhere. DO NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE ONLY GETTING PAID. "Dr" Vivian... guess dentists who earn a doctorate don't subscribe to hypocratic oath. It was a simple cleaning, what dentist Dr. can't accomplish that?

Just finished deep cleaning my tooth. Dr. Nguyen and her staff took care of my tooth as perfect as it could be. Her calm demeanor made the process so smooth and painless. Jess , the dental hygienist, she thoroughly cleaned my teeth the day before. I can easily say she is the best dentist I've ever had.
