It is with a heavy heart that I am making the announcement that we are moving out of the Bay Area. Over the holiday break, my husband and I made the decision to move as a family from the Bay Area to Dallas, Texas.
My husband Anil has been traveling frequently for work for many years now. He is back on the road and the plan was to have him continue his travels while I stayed here with kids and my office, but this has been a bit challenging. As many of you also know I made a quick trip to India to see my mom earlier in the fall. My mothers health issues also made us reevaluate our plans. I need flexibility to make more frequent and longer trips to India, which is not currently possible with my husbands travel schedule, managing the kids and the practice. Keeping these challenges in mind, we had to come to this very difficult decision.
I was lucky to get this office from Dr.s Nelson and Magee in 2012 and have been wonderful mentors. Its been gratifying working in collaboration and learning from the specialists in the area. It is a wonderful dental community and I have enjoyed being a part of it. I am eternally thankful to Phuong and Lauren for the wonderful work ethic and dedication they bring to this office. They also bring joy and laughter, and I would not have made it without their help and support. Most important of all, I am tremendously grateful for the trust, kindness and support from all of you. To be a part of your dental health and lives has been the greatest honor for me. I am going to miss every one of you!
To ensure a smooth transition, I began the search for someone I believed was nice and gentle and respected professionally. After an extensive search and meeting many other dentists, I believe I found the best fit with Dr. Vivian Broadway. Dr. Broadway is an experienced dentist, who shares my ethics and passion for providing the highest quality dental care. She had been practicing dentistry for the past 27 years in the same building as my office. She has recently relocated to a larger new facility around the corner at 25 Evergreen Avenue, Suite #1. She and her husband (a Mill Valley native) have lived in Mill Valley for 26 years and have raised 2 daughters. Her family has been actively involved in the local community for many years. Her character is beyond reproach, and her personality is one that puts people at ease.
To maintain the greatest possible continuity in treatment and quality of care for patients and referring doctors, I have been discussing the transition with Dr. Broadway to make sure that she will be attuned to the office and all of you. I will also be around for some time to ensure we have a very smooth transition.
I sincerely thank you for your support and confidence, and I hope that you will express the same trust and confidence in Dr. Broadway. She eagerly looks forward to meeting all of our wonderful patients in her new office and continuing to help you and your dental needs. I feel comfortable that I am leaving you in the hands of an extremely competent and caring professional.
Vivian was born and raised in Southern California. She began her migration to beautiful Northern California by attending the University of California, Santa Barbara. She graduated from UCSB with honors and a degree in biopsychology. She then received her degree in dentistry at the prestigious University of California, San Francisco. She was excited to begin her family practice in Mill Valley where her husband, James, was born and raised and has now practiced in Mill Valley for over 20 years. James and Vivian have enjoyed being part of their community and are thankful to have raised their two grown daughters in Mill Valley.
Dr. Broadway continues to grow her extensive knowledge and pursue her education regarding the latest dental procedures, technologies, and practices. She has attended seminars and workshops at the Spear Center and completed a mini-residency in sleep health at the UCLA Dental School. She is a family dentist and provides comprehensive dental care for people ages 1101. She believes it is important to treat the entire family, because dental care and oral health are a family matter.

Dr. Broadway's practice is wonderful. Professional, friendly, convenient. All the staff , especially Dr. Broadway are very in tune with your comfort as a patient . Not only does she have your best interest at heart , she doesn't try to do extraneous procedures. I switched recently from a dentist in the city, and I'm very glad I did .

Dr Broadway runs an excellent dental practice. With support from her very well trained and efficient staff, the office visits are easy and with the move to the new expanded location, parking is a breeze as well. I felt very well taken care of in Dr Broadway's dental office. Everyone was kind and helpful. I was a bit nervous initially with a new dentist as I've had really good dentists previously. But I soon relaxed, the novacaine was not bad, and I felt no discomfort after that. Plus, I trusted Dr Raina's choice of Dr Broadway to continue her practice. I would definitely recommend Dr Broadway and I will happily stay with her.

I love Dr. Broadway and her staff. Everyone is welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable. She explained the possible options clearly without any pressure so I was able to make the right choice for myself. Her prices are very reasonable. She and her staff employ safe covid practices which made feel safe and relaxed even with my mouth wide open. I highly recommend her.

I had a great experience at Dr. Broadway's office, as always. I received a cleaning, x-ray, and full probe. Julie, the dental hygienist is extremely thorough. I appreciate that she is always communicative, making you fully aware of what she is doing and anything she might find that needs attention. It really is a great practice, I highly recommend them.
