Dr. Vo is a scam artist who does not pay people who do work for her. Our business did work for her and after the completion of the work she disputed the charges on her credit card. I do not recommend her as a person or as a dentist.

Had an awful experience with this office. Scheduled a regular appointment a month out and provided my in-network insurance, was not until the week of my appointment that the front desk manager called and informed me that she "could not verify" my insurance. My insurance company called their office with me on the line and verified that I had full coverage, and still this was not enough. I was told that they were to call a line and receive a fax with my benefits and 3 hours before my appointment was called and told that they had to reschedule my appointment. I now have to wait another month to see another dentist to have my appointment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Dentist inspected everything and made me understand the Root Canal process, in the next 2 appointments I overcame the issue, I can honestly recommend them to everyone.

This has to be the worse dentist office I have ever been to with the exception of the front desk staff. That's for the one star. We were called into the back with no introduction of who this person is and no explanation on what she was going to do to my son. She just pointed and said don't move. She definitely does not what OSHA entails cause she was walking around with the same gloves touching charts, pens, doors, and equipment without changing her gloves. Disgusting. While I stood off to the side I saw several rooms down the hall filled with boxes ,dust, equipments and two dead roaches. The "X RAY" room was also there break room by the way. There was a table , counter full of items, and fridge. I was completely in disbelief. She then proceeded to take my son into a room and just began cleaning his mouth. She decided to call who I guess was the actual dentist and speak in their language and this women than proceeded to ask me if i wanted a service I had already denied now for the third time. At the end of the cleaning again with no type of communication the "dentist" walks in sits down and just tells my son to open his mouth mind you he is very young still and does not even bother to explain what she is going to do to him. He begins to get nervous and I had to be the one to ask what she was planning on doing. It was the worse my son was crying the whole time and she did not even bother to stop and ask him if he was okay. I had to continuously sit there and coach him and try to keep him calm. The dental assistant also was very rough once again disregarding him, at one point she try to shove the tool that keeps their mouth open and I could no longer contain myself and told her she did not have to be so rough with him and she did not even apologize. At the end of the visit the doctor decided to try and yell at me because after watching them before this on my son i refused any more treatment from her. She walked out did not bother to ask my son if he was okay did not even tell us we were done and the dental assistant handed me a ziploc bag with gauze and walked out. When I went to check out the doctor decided in a loud tone to disclose HIPPA information about my child while there was a man sitting a few feet away who could hear her. Please do not come to this office. The worse bedside manners from the back staff, violation of hippa and osha, and the office was scorching hot! RUN and do not look back.

I will be 53 this coming July. I have lived in 4 different states, and have gotten my teeth cleaned regularly since I was 20 years old. I had to have a scaling because I had been without insurance for 4 years. Dr. Vo is the best I have had in 33 years in regards to my scaling. I have no complaints with the dental hygenists. As a beauty advisor I know that everyone has their own style and way of doing things and that we are all good...and that everyone has their opinion of what is good FOR THEM. I am very happy, the girls are articulate and personable while remaining professional. I am referring my son to this office.

I went here because my insurance said they accepted it. Went I went there I was told they didn't accept my plan and I showed them where I had Carington Dental Plan (not insurance, just discounted prices). Before each treatment, they came and gave me my cost. Charged 3 times on my credit card for the prices and the treatment that they had me signed and authorized. There are 2 signs on the wall that says Full Payment must be made at time of services. I did this. I paid the price that I authorized. 60 days later I get a bill in the mail that says I owe another 231 dollars and it is overdue. I called, talked to Estella about this. She said it was a billing error since they got the wrong information from my insurance. Now remember, they do not accept my insurance and used my dental plan. They finally agreed that I should not have to pay for the insurance company's mistake and me to forget the bill, that I owed nothing. 30 days later I got a bill saying I was 90 days overdue. Several phone calls and visits, they would not budge and said I owed it and it would be turned over to collection agent if I didn't pay it this month. I did get them to give me a 20 percent discount. She advised me it was like if I go to a hospital, i get a bill after the insurance pays their portion. This was not an insurance claim, it was a preset discount rate. I would not have authorized it and they would not have been allowed to do the work if I had know all this was going to happen. In trying to talk to the Doctor, she would talk all over me and not listen to what I was saying. And there is a communication problem with the language also. I cancelled my next appointment and will never go back to them again. Make sure of the cost or be prepared to pay more after you get the work done. They should take their signs down that say payment must be paid in full before the work is done. What a lie.

Went in for a regular cleaning and whitening based on flyer prices. Even though I had checked with the office prior to my visit was never told about additional price for a pre cleaning exam. I was ok with it, but then was told I needed a deep clean. I asked for the regular clean again because she was not in my insurance network. She refused to perform the regular clean. I left after the 2 minute exam being refused services I can afford. Save your money and find a more patient centered dentist. Please be advised that in order for your insurance to cover your deep cleaning an X-ray is needed to show reason for the requested deep cleaning. Eye balling your gums and seeing natural plaque accumulation is not enough. It's a medical intervention, it's not a cosmetic one. It's also an expensive one. The exam I received did not include an X-ray. $45 bought me 2 minutes with the doctor and her eyes. Again, go elsewhere where your health and income are important.

First my elderly mother had 11am appt. She needed new lower dentures I was given one price, When I got to the office they tired to charge me a hundred dollars more. When I asked why the extra charge they couldn't give me an answer. They wanted me to wait for the Dr who was already had me waiting over an hour for our appt. They overbook our appt, tired to overcharge us, plus I saw the Dr walking around attending to a later appt and never stopped to explain the extra charge. So I left. The place is for people who need cheap service and low quality, that not me.
