This was hands down the best experience having my teeth cleaned. My hygienist Amie had amazing chairside manner. She was gentle and thorough. Everyone in the office is knowledgeable, kind, and professional. If you are thinking of changing dentists, do not hesitate. Dr. Patel and staff are amazing!!!

Update: 6/8/21 Still meticulous. Dr. is amazing. Service is top notch. visit to a Dentist in quite a while. The office is clean, new, fresh and relaxing. The chairs are comfortable with 2 TVs to enjoy entertainment while your smile is being enhanced. The staff are friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Vitalize Dental for your dental needs. I'll be back.

Great place! I finally found a dentist who will work with me on my problem teeth and my fears, with a plan that I am comfortable with. Ofcourse, I am still scared . 5 stars after we get at least halfway through the process.

Had a very pleasant experience. They got me in right away. They went above and beyond and asked questions to get me what I needed. I highly recommend this place they have a great bedside manner. That is really hard to find. Thank you for helping me and my time of need it is very much appreciated!!! To Dr. Patel thank you so much for your patience with me and trying to calm my anxiety!

Looking for a new dentist, I called to find out whether doctor Patel did general dentistry, just one question. The receptionist was monosyllabic and the tone of her voice, indifferent and somber, clearly indicated that she was not happy to have to answer any questions. Really bad first impression, and with so many dentists, this is a skip for me. I hope the doctor reads this and provides her with better telephone manners. It's costing him business.

My wife and I have been going to Vitalize Dental for several years now and have had consistently professional care throughout. The office is clean and modern. The staff is friendly and does a solid job in the process of appointment reminders, insurance questions, and booking appointments. Dr. Patel has a great demeanor and takes time to explain exactly what he is doing. He addresses immediate concerns and also offers advice on long term solutions to get ahead of any dental issues before they become serious. We've found high quality at Vitalize!

As always. Vitalize Dental has a positive inviting feeling from the moment I walked in. All staff are friendly, positive and very professional. My hygienist today was Julia and she was very thorough. Dr. Patel always makes me feel important and he listens to any concerns I have. Claudia, the office manager is always on top of making sure the office runs smoothly. I highly recommend this dental practice if you are looking for a dentist.

The whole staff was amazing, patient and extremely thorough. Dr. Patel's bedside manner was incredible, and I was very impressed with how much time he took to explain results and procedures to me. This was hands down the best experience I've ever had at a dental office before.

My first appt here was like none I've ever experienced! Dr Patel spent quite a bit of time with me going over my teeth, detailed xrays and methods to improve my oral health and used nothing but the best technology to do so. I was able to view my X-rays on a TV in front of me so the doctors instructions and advice were clearly understood. Seeing my X-rays visually helped me understand what the doctor was explaining, he also offered examples (pictures of ) procedures that were done to other patients that would improve my smile. While getting a filling I was able to wear headphones, and watch Netflix (the TV was on the ceiling). If I needed to hear something the doctor said I could touch the left side of the headphone and the sound would stop so I could hear what he was saying ! Also Dr Patel used a soft device in my mouth to hold it open the entire time and keep my tongue out of the way while he was drilling my tooth. I've never felt so comfortable at the Dentist.!! I felt no pain and he walked/talked me through the entire process. After the procedure, I met with Charity who spent as much time as she needed to clearly and thoroughly go over my benefits and any costs associated with my visit. I never felt rushed and every person I encountered at the office greeted me with a smile!! Hunter assisted the doctor with my care and was courteous, professional and spot on. I would highly recommend this dentist office. It's also immaculate, there's plenty of parking and it's conveniently located.

Not what I expected. We just moved into the area, and for the first time, I used a direct mailing that said $99 for examination and cleaning. First mistake - medical care via the mail. My appointment was 2-3 hours long and was impressed that they took so much time to x-ray and take what felt like, dozens of pictures of my mouth and teeth. After all the attention, the dentist came in and used the all those pictures to tell me how bad my teeth are, and that I need significant work. During the 20 minute sales presentation - I mean evaluation and explanation - I was asked things like, have I ever had braces. I said no. That was added to my estimate. Would I like brighter teeth - that was added. When it was all said and done, my estimate for work was over $18,000. Multiple crowns, cracked teeth, whitening, braces, special cleaning that would take two sessions and so on. And by the way, I was told I had gingivitis or some such thing. Wow. I felt like I was at a used car dealer being sold last year's model - "don't forget the plastic coating we can put on your car's finish for only $2,000". Anyway, I did not agree to the extra work, and they therefore would not agree to clean my teeth due to gum disease they said they found. So I am out $99. And just for my own piece of mind, I had a cleaning done at another (referred) dentist who told me to expect an existing crown to be replaced sometime in the future (it's over 30 years old), but I did not have gingivitis. He cleaned my teeth for a lot less than $18,000. Being over 62, I felt like I was being pressured and would caution anyone else who is a senior, be careful. Not recommended.
