I'll call like 1000 times during 1 month to make an appointment for my to kids. they never answered my call!!! Also I'll call the albany location and they transfer my call to the Norcross location , wait like 20 minutes on the line and they never answer again!!!! The worst costumer service!!!!!!

If I could rate this dentist a 0 I would all Im saying is there trying to scam insurance into paying for procedures you don't even need. I went to another dentist and they told me my teeth looked great just needs small maintenance. Never coming back.

This place is literally traumatizing my parents took me here since I was a child and all the experiences I had made me hate this place , from being strained down as a kid and many other traumatizing experiences like this never will I come here ever again , I wouldn't recommend bringing your child here they don't deserve to not like the dentist because it really does make a impact because the dentist shouldn't be the worst place ever but this place makes it the worse place ever . + the super long waits just to get attended , some staff members are really good at their job but just in general no child should go through this nor should be in the risk of it so it's better just to take them to a different one. This is as someone who went here and I'm not the only one because I've communicated with mutual who have super similar feelings. Wouldn't recommend!
