I went to Vital Dental with a broken tooth with an exposed nerve. Had no insurance so I was nervous. Was in extreme pain and was seen as soon as possible. The staff helped me to cope with the pain and then Dr Williams and his assistant worked magic to stop the pain and removed the broken tooth. The price was the cheapest in town for this fantastic service. I recommend this place 10000%

I needed emergency dental care and had viewed many websites before finding this dental office. The staff are professional, efficient and friendly! I was intending on them being a one time appt but have already switched Dentists after 30 yrs of same Dentist. The ladies are knowledgeable, very helpful and caring! I am very comfortable with the Dentist and staff and recommend this office!

It was a pleasure visiting Vital Dental. Had been there before and decided not to go back but found that there is new staff and just the sweetest and very professional group of people. I feel very confident about my care now because of the reassurance I feel. Just the way my plan of action was explained I feel I have gone to the right place. Thank you.

The doctor does not allow enough time after he numbs your gums to start poking, picking, and prodding. This is consistent and not pleasurable. I've spent a lot of money there so that is why I am finishing my dental needs there. I've had to return because a permanent crown fell out. Dispite the roughness from one particular, male doctor everyone is friendly and nice and even knowledgeable, but still the roughness makes it unbearable and not very pleasant.

STAY AWAY !!! They are a bunch of SCAMMERS. I just went in for a basic exam. They lied to me and told me I needed all new fillings, at a cost of over $5,000. They drilled one tooth so deep they hit the nerve. Now I have constant pain and I will have to pay to have the tooth re-drilled, pay for a crown, and pay for a root canal. DO NOT GO HERE !!!

I really wanted to like this place BUT... I was experiencing painful toothaches and decided to walk in to this Dental office to see what was the issue' I liked the office, very modern with good equipment and the location was close to home so that was a plus The Dentist i saw took some x-rays and advised me that I had a problematic wisdom tooth that needed to be pulled immediately so I got that taken care of On the follow up appointment to make sure everything was healing ok, She took some more X-rays of my mouth and advised that I had Periodontitis aka gum disease and needed treatment asap. I was super scared and even though I was budgeting for a car and had just started working again after being unemployed for some time, I knew I needed to get this taken care of immediately so I agreed She then advised that the treatment was pretty intense and therefore would need to be broken up into different segments, which I said was fine as well One of the ladies from the front office was tasked with advising me of the cost and taking my form of payment. This lady, who has a really OBNOXIOUS attitude by the way, tells me the cost out of pocket was approximately $1200. I advised her that this was very costly for me and explained my situation. She stated that I could pay for a portion of the fee up front, $400 and change and then I could pay for the balance in monthly payments. I agreed. The 1st segment of the procedure went by without a hitch and I returned for the second. This time around, after my appointment, the second lady in the front office who also serves as the Office Manager, advised me that the entire balance of payment was due. I explained to her that the first lady had set me up for monthly payments and she stated that that would not be possible. I was extremely upset. I was not prepared at all to spend that amount of money in one sitting and felt extremely taken advantage of It didn't stop there After the 3rd segment of treatment, I was charged another 26 dollars for some kind of polishing agent and then I received another $63 dollar bill in the mail. I called the office and was advised that no one could help me at the moment, but the Office Manager would return my call. 4 or 5 days go by and no call. I call them back and finally get a hold of the Office Manager She advised that the two charges were billed to my insurance company but were kicked back because my policy had been cancelled. I advised her that i had switched policies but also questioned her as to why these were just being billed now after my third time seeing them for this particular treatment, as i thought everything had been taken care of up front. She tells me that every segment of treatment is charged separately. So I ask her why I wasn't told that up front, and she responds: Oh well common sense should have told you that. I was very taken aback by her rude response and called her on it, she insists that she was not being rude at all. Just really despicable and shameful behaviour all around. Inconsistencies, lying, price gouging, you name it. I still had another session scheduled and I told her to cancel it. Just a really terrible experience

I was impressed by the courteous and friendly front desk girls and the help I received from a young man helping me fill out my paperwork on a tablet. The Dr. Knew his stuff and let me know what work needed to be done...fixing a broken front tooth and an implant. After my insurance approval. I will be back to get my smile back.
