Dr. Baloch is very professional and friendly as well as the front desk and medical assistant. Dr. Baloch has a very calming voice that helps with any anxiety that you might have.This was my first visit and I will be returning I posted earlier and did not hit the correct amount of stars he definitely gets 5 stars

I really enjoy coming here. My appointment is respected. Cancelling and rescheduling is simple and easy. I've never had to wait until my last visit. I was getting my teeth cleaned and my appointment fell 30 minutes behind. However what I thought would take an hour only took 30 minutes. So I was still out on a timely fashion and they did an amazing job on my teeth. There are times when the suction girl doesn't really suction the right spots and the water may go down your throat. Just raise your hand or jump up and let them know so you can cough or gather yourself. Overall I highly recommend them. PS.... The place is always clean and smells good. PPS. I took my toddler for his first visit to them and he was nervous. By the second visit he climbed on the chair by himself and was ready to get the ball rolling. That says something.

I live an HOUR away from Vital Dental Care, though I am still willing to make the commute because they are really the BEST DENTAL CLINIC I have ever been to. Very professional and friendly staff. DR. BALOCH is very knowledgeable, very patient with his clients, and has the MOST STEADY HANDS of any dentist I've known in my life.

My experience with Dr.B Has always been a good one. Dr B & his staff are very friendly and helpful he was aware that I was scared when it comes to the dentist because of a prior experience I had at another dentist office.. But Dr B made sure I was relaxed and felt comfortable throughout the process.. Thanks Vital Dental!!

My first visit was amazing.. They were prompt , polite and attentive. Dr. Abby is awesome She explained everything and was very gentle. I was scheduled for a follow up for an extraction the following week. THE BEST EVER EXTRACTION!!!! Ive ever had.. Hands down they have a new patient. Im scheduling my son an appt next week!! Everyone should go to them!!! The staff is polite and will text and call to remind you of your appointment.. Great Dentist Office!!!!

Must admit I haven't been to the dentist in awhile, but after visiting this dentist office I think I found me a new dentist home. It's very clean, the staff are professional, friendly & very knowledgeable. So far Dr Addy Lee is the best.....

I would not recommend this Dentist Office to pregnant patients. They start off very kind but the moment you show concern they become very rude, even if you remain kind and positive. Always consult with your doctor in private to ensure procedures are okay. The doctor walked out on me when I inform her of my concerns during pregnancy and made sure she told the front desk to not allow my return. I look forward to working through my dental concerns elsewhere. Lastly, pay close attention to how this office has responded to 1 start ratings previously because it will give you insight on their true character.

I am a new client and let me tell you the experience was so smooth and friendly! Never have I been treated like this in other Dentist Office and I've been to multiple! My Dentist kept asking if everything was okay during the process, and if I needed anything to keep me relaxed. The only downside is that they don't open on the weekends, but other than that I highly recommend!

I went to vital dental care 3 days ago to get a regular cleaning and x-rays . I saw recently that my dental toothpaste is no longer covered by my insurance so I called back to Vital dental office and requested that Dr. B fill my prescription so that I could receive my medicated toothpaste . The receptionist was very disrespectful and told me that I should've requested for the toothpaste the last time that I was there - And that I have to make another appointment just to sit down in the chair , just for him to write me a prescription . I asked why was this necessary ? And she said because he has to check out the tooth pain. I told her that there is no tooth pain present and he just saw me 3 days ago and said everything was fine , I just needed to the toothpaste to prevent further cavities . The receptionist again stated that I had to make an appointment to see the doctor so that he could prescribe it . THIS DENTAL PLACE IS MONEY HUNGRY .All they're concerned about is charging my dental insurance card over every little thing . The way this was handled was extremely unprofessional, and if you want to be disrespected and out of a lot of money this is the place for you . EDIT * Thank you for responding back to me. Again if the things you mentioned in your response was mentioned at the time I called, and if it was said in a better way then I would've had no problem coming in. But when you state things such as " this should've been mentioned the last time you were here and you just need to come in" when I ask why, then it's just all around poor customer service. And yet again instead of trying to come to a consensus , you tell me to " find another dental office " . you mentioned how each patient is given an estimate of cost, yet I did not received that after my visit and to this day I don't know how much my insurance paid. Again, this review was to shed light on how disappointed I am in the service and how with all of tension going on today , it would've been nice to have some understanding and to fully explain why I needed to come in. But as you suggested, I will find another office. I hope going forward that you're better to your customers.

I'm glad I chose this dentist, they have a great staff and very informative about the services that u receive. They are clean, and sanitize. Me and my children love this dentist. I had Dr.B great dentist.

Vital Dental is an amazing dental practice. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. B for about two years now. Dr. B is very attentive and he is very thorough. I've had a couple of dental emergencies and the staff at Vital dental have been super attentive and efficient in order to have me seen as soon as possible. I appreciate Dr. B and his staff so much. I definitely have and will continue to recommend Dr. B to my friends and family.

The place is very clean and the people who work there are friendly, professional and very helpful. The doctor was very helpful with explaining the step by step process of everything that he was doing and what I need to get done.They were really great with making sure my appointments were scheduled to fit my schedule. This was my first time but I think it's a great place with patient friendly caring people working here.
