My son is very anxious and nervous to get a palate expander and braces. Everyone was so nice and gentle with him. He left there smiling and happy. I used them years ago with my older son and they were fantastic back then also.

Was impressed with how clean and modern the office looked. Prices were a bit on the high side so we decided to hold off on the treatment. Saw an ad for $1,000 off so we decided to jumo the gun and do it . Come time for the appointment we were told that because we had a previous consultation (10 months prior) that we didn't qualify as we were considered existing customers....like what? We never got treatment? Definitely left a sour taste in my mouth.

My son recently got his braces off in October. They glued a permanent bottom retainer behind teeth. About a week ago it came out and his bottom teeth shifted. Went to Dr. Vitagliano and he stated they are shifting from wisdom teeth. Told us he needs braces again for bottom teeth. Meanwhile we have to pay out of pocket $2000. Ummm no..... Do not go to this place. I am disgusted by this. If this retainer did not fall out we would not be in this position.

Staff was extremely rude when I called, especially this younger woman I spoke to. They should all probably learn some manners, as that would benefit them in the future :)

This transformation has been an awesome experience! If you want a bright and beautiful smile, look no further than Vitagliano Orthdontics. They have 2 offices: West Islip and Massapequa. THANK YOU VITAGLIANO ORTHDONTICS!!!

I wish they could have maintained the same level of care and concern they had before they had my money. There was ample time to meet with me and put my braces on (same day) but forget about actually working and being able to get an appointment when something breaks or when the braces come off. I was told my treatment would be about a year and a half and it was only 9 months. (Which I'm not happy with the outcome at all.) The permanent retainer was put on and my teeth have since moved within the last few months anyways. Thousands of dollars for a 9 month unsatisfactory treatment. I should have researched my options more ahead of time. However, it appears to me they received what they ultimately wanted. My money.
