Our general and cosmetic practice has been providing comprehensive dentistry in the Scottsdale, AZ and North Phoenix area for over 20 years! This is no more evident than ourhygienist and front office staff who have been together for an average of 15 years. We want patients to feel as though they are coming into an extension of their own home and family when they visit us. Many of our patients have been seeing us for over 20 years, resulting in valued friendships and multiple generations of patients. We understand that everyone does not find a trip to the dentist as the most enjoyable activity to do with their time, but our dentists and dental team are compassionate people who will work with you to help alleviate any fears you have. We can provide nitrous oxide to our most anxious patients to help make the visit as pleasant as possible.
Finally, we understand that dental costs are always a concern, and we work with our patients to make sure that we can provide the best possible dental care without the financial burden. Refraining from selling treatment, our office only suggests the necessary and appropriate treatment. This enables our patients to make the best decision when it comes to their dental needs and overall well being.
Dr. Christopher G. Vitagliano is an Arizona native and graduated from Horizon High School. He left Arizona for California when he was awarded an athletic scholarship for soccer at the University of California, Irvine. After receiving his bachelors degree in Biological Sciences from UCI as a scholar athlete, Dr. Vitagliano went on to Dental School at Temple University in Philadelphia where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon ( National Honor Society of Dentistry). Through Temple, Dr. Vitagliano was extremely active in community outreach programs focusing on aiding the underserved population of all ages in the surrounding areas. After dental school, he furthered his education and training by completing a hospital based General Practice Residency at the Queens Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii which was heavy in General Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry and Oral Surgery.
Voted Phoenix Magazine Top Dentist, Dr. Vitagliano provides state-of-the-art Cosmetic and Digital Dentistry. With a constant passion to provide quality and minimally invasive dentistry, Dr. Vitagliano dedicates countless hours to continuing education and dental seminars.
Dr. Vitagliano returned to Arizona to practice around family and friends. In his spare time,Dr. Vitagliano spends time outdoors with his wife Holly and sons Sawyer and August. He still enjoys playing and coaching soccer as well as golf.
Laura is the new kid on the block, bringing 7 years ongoing experience providing periodontal therapy at a perio office. Laura makes it a priority to closely monitor her patients with chronic periodontal disease so she can help them achieve the greatest level of oral health possible.
Laura is an Arizona native, married, a son in high school and a daughter at NAU, 3 cats, 1 dog, Laura has a bachelors from ASU and 2 associates degrees from Phoenix College (where received her Dental Hygiene degree).

Dr. Vitagliano used to be the best dentist and office I had ever been to. Now not so much. His front office staff are extremely condescending and they don't care about patients at all. I've been going to his office for years and have referred my family and friends to him and I had a dental emergency and needed to get an x-ray on a tooth I had a root canal on that his office did the crown for. They couldn't get me in for 5 days. I waited the 5 days and then my car battery died the morning of and I called letting them know I couldn't make it. I asked if they could get me in the next day and I was told they couldn't get me in for a full week. I explained to them how much pain I was in and that I needed an x-ray done immediately and they told me they couldn't do it. They wouldn't even let me speak to Dr. Vitagliano when I asked. I seriously don't believe for a second that they couldn't squeeze me into their schedule for 5 minutes for an x-ray. If you like nice front desk staff DON'T use this office.

I had been going to Dr Purtell for over 20 years, so when Dr V came on board a few years ago I wasn't sure if I'd like him as much, but I do! He's just as great as Dr P was and has taken over the practice. Such a personable dentist, and the entire staff is great. Highly recommend!

Super-duper place I've been going to for many years. Holly is an excellent hygienist and very meticulous as well as personable and kind. Dr. Vitagliano is superb as a dentist and a gracious person. A member of my family had a very serious pain situation, and he helped her on a weekend. Great place. Highly recommended.

While enjoying a beautiful round of golf, a crown broke into pieces. Dr. Vitagliano was recommended by a local friend. I am from Chicago. His office was closed for Christmas but I got through to him on the emergency line. He was willing to meet me at his office within an hour and he took care of my issue. He obviously didn't have to do this whatsoever. It was a very kind gesture and he basically saved 7 days of pain for me as most practices are closed Christmas-new years. His office was extremely clean and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with in a stressful situation. I come to scottsdale often enough. Dr. Vitagliano is now my main dentist! Thank you so much Doctor!!!
