My name is Danielle and I have four years of experience in the dental field. I started out as a Certified Dental Assistant and transitioned into a Business Assistant which has helped me have a well-rounded experience in everything dental. My name is Jessica. Ive been an expanded functions dental assistant for 10 years. Ive had a passion for dentistry since I was a child. I always enjoyed going to the dentist as a child. My favorite part about my job is providing patients the experience of good dental care and the feeling of a great smile. I also love getting to know my patients and building long term relationships. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband and son camping, kayaking and other outdoor activities.
My name is Caitlin and Ive been working in the dental field since 2007 and practicing as an expanded functions dental assistant since 2015. To better assist my patients, I also am radiology certified. I joined the Vita team on October 21 and my ongoing responsibilities extend from taking x-rays to supervising different whitening procedures to general patient care and education. I love forming relationships with our patients and creating a safe and trusting space for them. Outside of work, I love to explore the world, try new restaurants, see new places. Fun fact, I am a professional calligrapher and illustrator and have designed a published book cover.
As a registered dental hygienist, Terri finds great pride in helping her patients achieve their dream smile. She knows, for a fact, that proper oral care can greatly benefit your overall health - and she passes this knowledge on to her patients every day. Not only that but loving your smile can build confidence that spills over into other aspects of your life! When she's not working with her tight-knit team to improve their community's oral and overall health, Terri enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog.
Sarah joined the Vita team July 2021. Her experience in patient care gives her the foundation in guiding our patients through their oral health journey. Her goal is to serve as our patients guide while building a relationship focused on the oral health care our patients need. Outside of the office, Sarah loves taking her daughter on adventures around the city, watching movies and playing with their 3 dogs. At your first visit, you will be greeted with smiling faces who are happy to welcome you to our office. Once we have your new patient paperwork completed and have you comfortably seated, we will need to obtain a complete set of radiographic images. A full mouth x-rays series consists of 14-20 images of your individual teeth. Our office is also equipped with a panoramic x-ray that is able to give us an image of your mouth and jaw in 1 complete image. These radiographic images will be necessary to properly diagnose and treat. We also take intra-oral camera images as needed. An intra-oral camera is small, about the size of a dental mirror. These images are saved to your electronic dental chart and can be enlarged on a tv screen in front of you to help explain what is happening in your mouth and can also be referenced in the future to track any changes.
Then you will get to meet with Dr. Randall. Before we lean you back to take a look, her exam begins with a conversation, seated upright, to get to know you and what dental care you are seeking. Dr. Randall will discuss with you your past dental treatment, your reasons for seeking care, and what you desire for results. The x-rays or images that were just taken will be enlarged on a tv screen in front of you as she walks you through what she sees. We love to show you your teeth on an x-ray even when they look great! Or should we say *especially* when they look great. Then, a thorough examination will be completed, and we will then at that point, lean you back in the chair. In addition to assessing the health of your teeth and gums, her examination includes looking for signs of head and neck cancer, sleep apnea, and TMJ dysfunction. Your questions and participation during the examination are most welcome. Dr. Randall is happy to provide thorough explanations because she believes your understanding and trust is vital to the success of your treatment.
Any treatment that is recommended will then be discussed. You will be told what is wrong and how it can be fixed. Dr. Randall will also provide options with pros and cons, so that there can be a conversation on what your best solution may be. It may be discussed what will happen if the problem is not addressed, but there are never any sales gimmicks or pressure.

Love our experience here. My kids are always so calm when they come because the staff are so comforting in there communication with them. They are all nice, beautiful and so kind. Love this place.

Was having tooth pain, and was able to get in same day. Professional and timely. Also nice folks! The dentist/staff explained everything in detail and I didn't feel like they were padding a bill and racking up costs (like other dentists I have e countered).

I was extremely happy with my visit. The receptionist, Caitlin, and Dr. Randall were all kind and helpful. They made me feel very comfortable, especially since it was my first visit with them. My husband & I were at a very popular office for years but after he continued to have issues with adjacent "teeth" once work was done in one single tooth, 2 implants later and possibly third implant needed and thousands of $ later, we said enough, made no sense healthy teeth were having issues after Dr worked on the adjacent tooth. So long story short, we said no more male dentists and too busy offices and searched for a female Dr near us and Vita Dental came up. I'm SO happy I visited Vita dental! We had specific requirements since not the first time switching offices, especially because of the Pandemic: 1.- We wanted a female Dr= check 2.- We wanted an office where staff is masked= check (front staff is masked and they have hand sanitizer available for clients) 3.- Office to be friendly= check. And more than friendly, they had a refrigerator with bottled water and told me where it was and during my whole visit, staff was asking me if I needed anything or water. 4.- Gentle service= check. All 3 ladies I encountered, Jessica (Dental Assistant, X-rays) Shelby (Hygienist) and Dr Rambert had "nun's hands" 5.- Equipment= check Top notch! Since I was a new patient, I got individual x-rays, full mouth x-ray, 3-D photos (super cool, never seen that in an office) and real HD photos with a professional camera (never seen that in an office). My teeth were paparazzied in the best possible way! 6.- Services= check. You can get everything done at the office! From cleaning, fillings, root canal and cosmetic repair (Invisalign, Zoom whitening, Veneers, Implants) 7.- Keeping me informed= check. All 3 ladies mentioned above, told me exactly what they were going to do, what will happen and any discomfort I experience later (I got filling re-done, no cavity related). Not new to dentists but I really appreciate the clear and open feedback for everything
