I cant say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Smith and his staff. I was very nervous to make the appointment because i hadn't been keeping up with my regular dental visits over the years, so i knew there would be a lot of work to be done. But from the minute i walked into the office, I felt like i was in great, caring hands. The front desk, Maria was friendly and helpful with the paperwork i needed and i didn't have to wait to be seen. Dr. Smith put me at ease with his kind and confident nature. He explained what he needed to do and did so gently, I had no pain. His assistant Josie was very sweet and made me feel comfortable. They referred me to another specialist for additional work and followed up to make sure i understood everything in detail. I will definitely be returning and recommending Dr. Smith to my friends and family!

Dr. Smith is very professional & ensured I wasn't in any pain before my extraction. The assistant prepping me was kind & compassionate. The office is lovely & I enjoyed all the plants & fountain. I would go back here if I needed more work. They also got me in quickly, which I needed due to upcoming travel. Great oral surgeon!

Dr. Smith is really a great Oral Surgeon, and he takes the time to explain everything in a clear and professional manner. I needed two dental implants, and a bone graft due to bone loss over the years. It is a long process, but Dr. Smith checked on my progress often to make sure the bone was growing properly, and that things looked just right in preparing for the implants. I was originally referred to him by a Retired Dentist friend of my husband, and I'm so glad he did. I was very nervous at first, but Dr. Smith has a way of putting you at ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Smith!

I have no complaints about Dr. Smith He's a great doctor did extremely well on my procedure and very knowledgeable and attentive But my complain is with the front desk clerk Maria! She's extremely rude she called me at the end of the day on Friday to confirm an appointment for Monday. I explained I have covid and would not be able to make it she then continued to say and assume that I had been sick for a few days (which I haven't) and I should of called them to cancel so she could book the appointment being that I wouldn't be there. when in all reality she needs to do her job correctly and call early in the day to confirm appointments for Monday instead of 15min prior to them closing especially since she always says she will call prior to your appointment to confirm. The last thing on my mind when having a sore throat, body aches, pain and fever is calling to cancel an appointment!!!!! I had an appointment in January and she Failed to call me prior to the day of then when I called to confirm she said "oh I forgot I got so busy" I laughed and assured it was fine I just wanted to make sure of the time. She then failed again to call on February 7 for my daughter appointment but tried to tell me that she called so I went in my call log and voicemail and there is no record of any calls She's quick to correct those around her but doesn't take accountability for her action! I honestly love the doctors and their assistant's but I'm reconsidering going back because I do not like to deal with that front desk Clarke I already have enough anxiety going to the dentist and having to deal with somebody that always has an attitude it's not ideal.

The Front desk clerk that works at this clinic, Maria, was awful. She called 30 mins before the appointment asking "why you aren't at the office yet." I advised her that I was told to be there 15 mins early and not 30 mins early. She yelled at me and was extremely rude. I understand that punctuality is important, however the last thing any one needs before a procedure is to be treated so harshly by the front desk. Adding stress to an already stressful situation. The provider was nice, but I will not recommend this place to anyone. I felt uncomfortable. From the phone call, to the dirty looks, and harsh words. No one deserves to be mistreated when they are seeking care from a healthcare professional. To the provider thanks for your good service, if you own the practice I recommend you find new front desk staff. To the front desk Clerk find what makes you happy, sometimes that means letting go.

Dr. Smith extracted an implant socket that was causing real problems. He did it easily with a minimum of discomfort. Dr. Smith is one of the most talented oral surgeons around. He is great and his office staff and technicians are the best.

The front desk people and the x ray technician are terrible condescending they take ct scan that has more radiation and they don't even place a lead shield on the patient, also is not necessary to diagnose wisdom teeth with a CT scan a plain panorex x ray is enough, the front desk woman is nasty doesn't say hello she has been there since Dr Blallock was there he is gone and she is now worse than before avoid the place is an irritant and makes the dental clinics look like private practice, above reviews were written by her for sure.

Went in for a consultation for wisdom teeth removal and the secretary was very cold. After they brought me in to get a CT scan, the x-ray tech was very condescending and didn't even put a shield on me, which would have been reasonable if she just forgot (which is fair because I forgot myself), if not for the simple fact that that's her job to remember, and that that can give you cancer. She also scolded me for not moving the way she wanted me to without properly describing how I should move, which was childish and disappointing. The doctor, however, was very amiable and pleasant to talk to. I would have chosen to get my wisdom teeth removed with this facility if it weren't for the unpleasant assistant and secretary.

I don't typically write reviews like this. I had a fractured molar that was abscessed and needed to come out. It had a prior root canal which means it was prone to shattering upon removal. This was my first time meeting Dr. Smith and I was very nervous, having only had teeth removed under IV sedation in the past, and with good cause. I was pleasantly surprised. He took a look at the CT scan and said, "We'll get that out of there for you and have you on your way". I did opt for the NO2, but I really don't think I wound up needing it. He talked me through the entire procedure and said the worst part would be the noise, and he was right. He got the nasty old thing out cleanly and managed to clear up the abscess too! In past extractions it has taken me weeks to recover. Today is day 2 and I have little pain and a clean extraction site. Hopefully I won't need to see him again, so I am writing this review in order that others may have some hope. Thank you, Dr. Smith.
