Dr. Irani is a wonderful dentist. She cares about her patients and takes her time to do the best for them. She is very professional and her staff is very friendly and supportive. Also, she is very patient with children. My family and I have very good experience with her expertise. I recommend Dr. Irani.

I want you ALL to know, I have been to this dentist office over three different times and was a bonafide "coward", traumatized as a child. My next traumating experience was as an adult in 2017. 2019 a friend referred to a dentist office was in an old building that smelled stale. They took me back and sat me in a room, took x-rays, then I waited and wait till I get up to left. So, in 2020, was have pain in a tooth and was told to go the Vista Community Clinic they had dentist. I did, and they were very caring, but they said they had to refer me out, they could do the work I needed. I was recommended by that dentist to go to Vista Village Family Dentistry. I can tell you from the front desk to sitting in the dentist chair, to the x-ray tech's, to the dentist herself, Mehrnaz Irani, D.M.D, I was totally FLABBERGASTED with their services. I went in today and waited about one minute (that was to check-in). I was in and out, without all my dental work done, a HUGE smile, and NO PAIN! I say all this because I went through some stuff with dentists over the years and now I have been... BLESSED! THANK YOU ALL at VistaVista Village Family Dentistry

My Experience at Vista Family Dentistry for over 6yrs with Doctor Mehrnaz Irani D.M.D. & All Staff Members have been OUTSTANDING!! I first walked into there Newly Designed Office in My mid-fifties, with Staff members Amazed at FatherTime's Clock being held back on my Outward Appearance!! Soon Discovered by DR. Irani with My Dental problems that was not so! Step by Step Thru Covid-19, with DR.Irani's Suggested Plan & AWESOME Dental TECH'S,.. Paralleled with the BRILLIANTScheduling Staff to Navigate All My Appts. thru the Process!!!! Not only was the desk rude! But a 6 year old could do better work! They made my tooth worse! How hard can a filling be? Sheesh! Save yourself, don't go here!!!

I couldnt even get an appointment or a call back from this place. Is it close down? I was recommended by a friend to go to this location. I been calling and leaving voice mails for the past week. Absolutely no answer no response but after reading reviews kinda glad.

Still traumatized by the root canal that I had here last December. The experience with the Dentist was a nightmare and my crown wasn't completed but I never went back. Then the receptionist that I spoke to was terribly rude when I told her about the experience..

Extremely unprofessional. The so called dr. Poene recemented the crown without cleaning the crown and the tooth. Who is she after it? Veterinarian...

I had very unprofessional experience with this office. The receptionist made very disrespectful comments when I've asked her why do I need so many feelings to do on my Teath. She said: if you don't trust us, you can go some where else. Also asked me if I went to a dentistry school to know why did I have so many feelings, when I showed her another license dentist that recommended only one feeling and not 5 as they've already did to me. She gave me very abusive attitude and I was chocked how the office will let an abusive person to work there with very rude behavior. I even complained to the manager and she didn't say if it will be addressed with the receptionist at this office, or even apologized. No curtesy at all showed there. And they only care about how much money they can make from the insurance company that I was under and that's why they made all these unnecessary feelings in my mouth that were no needed. I would not recommend this office to any body. No curtesy, rude behaving receptionist & greedenes for more money to make on your health expense without any real reason to do any extra work on your teath.if you care about honesty, respect and good, caring treatment, that is definitely not the place to go. I'm still waiting for 2 weeks now for my X Ray from them as many times that they've promised to send me, and still did not. Ran as fast as you can from this unethical office if you care about your health and money!

A great place to get your dental work done. The owner is fantastic. She is always trying to help and accomadate anything you might need. So glad to have found this place.

My family and I have been patients here for the last 2-3 years now. Dr. Irani is a great dentist. She is honest and caring. There is never any upselling like other offices do so you never feel pressured to do anything. Service is great from the front desk, assistants and doctor. I recommend Dr. Irani as your general dentist anytime!

I went to this dentist about 2-3 years ago and had some cavities filled. Now I have a new dentist and she said my fillings were all cracked and needed to be replaced. She mentioned that this is usual for fillings over 5 years old so when I mentioned they weren't that old she was shocked. Now I have to get 4 fillings redone. Save yourself some time and money and go elsewhere.

I visited here for the first time. But I was disappointed with the service I had. I had an appointment for regular cleaning. First assistant came and took Xrays of my teeth since it was my first visit. After the Xray, she started flossing and brushing my teeth. When brushing was done, she said that doctor will come soon. I was thinking that they might do actual "cleaning" when doctor comes... The doctor didn't come until near the end of the visit. When she came, she started checking my teeth and said that I have some cavities. To fix them, I have to make another appointment. That was the end of the visit. So basically for the 1 hour I was there, They only brushed my teeth. lol. My previous dentist used to do much more for regular cleaning. So I am really disappointed with the service. About the cavities, I feel like they just want money. I probably have them, but I cannot trust this doctor. If I want to fix my cavity, I will find other dentist instead...
