As a proud father of four, Dr. Roper knows exactly how to care for the dental needs of your entire family. He believes in making childrens visits fun. At your childs visit, you can expect a chair ride and a movie while he counts and cleans their teeth. When its all said and done, kids get to pick a prize from the treasure chest.
Dr. Roper feels strongly that dental care should be affordable. He will listen and recommend the right treatment or payment plan that makes sense for your family. He will work with you and may recommend a phased treatment plan to take place over time. Ultimately, you will not be pushed into any treatment.
Dr. Roper is a licensed general dentist and earned his undergraduate degree from Southern Utah University. He received a Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree from A.T. Still University, right here in Mesa. In addition, he obtained his Certificate of Public Health from the University of North Carolina.
Dr. McLaws provides the one-on-one attention you deserve. He is ready to listen and his kind-hearted nature shines through as he diligently answers any questions or concerns you may have. His intentions are genuine and he will take the time necessary to make sure you are comfortable and fully understand all your options.
Whatever your dental need, Dr. McLaws is committed to providing you with the best smile possible. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry including cosmetic dentistry, root canals, extractions, implants, and dentures. He has attended advanced courses in laser, CEREC, and implant dentistry and is passionate about the latest advancements in aesthetic dentistry. Dr. McLaws offers the peace of mind that you are receiving the latest treatment options available.

I've been a patient for a number of years and have been happy to keep going. Dr. McClaws and the office staff are friendly, helpful, and always ready to answer questions. We have referred friends and family to them and will continue to do so.

This place saved me! I woke up with intense mouth pain and my husband called. They got me in the office within 30 minutes. The office was clean, friendly, and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this office and dr to anyone! The office and dentist checked on me twice the day of my procedure after. I ended up having a really bad infection in my tooth and I'm so grateful for this whole place.

We recently moved to Arizona and were so happy to find this office and the amazing Dr. Roper. He and his staff are the epitome of professionalism mixed with excellent customer service and extreme knowledge. I brought my entire family here and we have been super satisfied with the service and honesty that we have received here. If you are looking for a dentist look no further. I even drive from North Phoenix to visit this office, thats how much I love Vista Dorada Dental.

WARNING: If you are concerned about radiation exposure (...and you should be), I highly recommend that you stay far, far away from Vista Dorado dental. They are trigger happy with the X-rays, and I'm guessing this is so they can find excuses for more "recommended" treatments that they profit from. Sure they act friendly and smile at you as many naive reviewers mention, however, in my opinion, they do not understand the facts and details regarding cumulative radiation exposure and are not in compliance with ADA guidance for minimizing radiation exposure. There are plenty of dentists in the area so why risk your family's health at a place like this?

Professional, honest, and a strong passion for being a dentist. I had a tooth that broke and after a few attempts to save it, I had to replace it with an implant. He walked me through the entire process so I understood the procedure and the actual timeline of events. I couldn't be any happier with the results. I strongly recommend Dr. Roper and his entire staff to anyone looking for a dentist with an impeccable reputation, compassion for his patients, and a family oriented environment.

A lot of He Said and He Said with the dentists. Very confusing and frustrating. Do not get Invisalign through here but if you do, be very involved with the process to make sure they correct your smile. Thankfully I changed and took my family with me to a diff and better dentist that doesn't beat about the bush and gives me a straight answer.

I never write reviews like this but I absolutely feel this place deserves one. I went for the first time recently and loved it! Javier was my dental hygienist and he was fantastic!! He explained everything before he did it and described what the results meant as well. Dr. Roper came in and was so friendly as well! I felt like I could trust them to give me all the information and care I needed without giving me unnecessary procedures. Overall it was an awesome place!
