Born in San Francisco and raised in San Bruno, Dr. Catherine M. Vista has always been passionate about dentistry. After attending St. Ignatius, Dr. Vista completed her undergraduate studies at U.C. Berkeley. In 2003, she earned her doctorate from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry.Dr. Vista performs all aspects of Cosmetic and General Dentistry. She offers patients dentistry that fits their individual needs.

Dr. Vista is wonderful! I can't say enough about Dr. Vista and her office team. Everyone was kind and friendly. Each employee explained things thoroughly and professionally. Dr. Vista actually listened to me and made sure my concerns were documented in my chart. I'm difficult to numb, she heard and understood me. We came up with a great plan and next steps include endodontist and orthodontist. Highly recommend Dr. Vista and her great team! I was able to schedule appointments within a week! Other dentist are scheduling 3 months out.

Everyone at this office was extremely nice and helpful. I've been to 3 other dentists in the past 2 years, and I will say without a doubt that everyone at Vista dental were extremely professional and pleasant. Dr. Vista gave me different options that the other dentists wouldn't offer, and for someone who isn't rich and doesn't have the best insurance, they are willing to work with me, and let me know that they were there to help me. By far the best dentist I have ever been to. Dr. Vista made my experience so good that I almost look forward to going back to the dentist. I didn't even feel the shot because she numbs you before she actually numbs you. If that makes any sense. Plus the caps that I received look like my real teeth. She has the coolest machine that makes them as you wait. Never seen one like it before, but I will say it's the best machine ever!! Thank you Vista dental. You are all rock stars in my eyes!! I just wanted to add to my review. I've been going to Dr. Vista for over 2 years now, and I've had a lot of work done. Dr. Vista is the absolute best!! Even the people that do the cleaning are so nice and I absolutely love everyone there!! Thank you Dr. Vista and crew! I tell everyone that needs a dentist to see her!! Highly recommended!!!

Hello, I'm a new patient and today was my first time visiting vista dental. I would say this place is going to be my primary which I'm very happy that I came across through my insurance and ofcourse checking the reviews on Google and giving it a try for my self was a great decision. When i arrived there was plenty of parking spots. After checking in i had to wait for 10-15m which is a normal wait time especially on a very busy day But the team was updating me when I will be ready to get checked. DR Vista and her team were very welcoming. She has the knowledge, experience, and personality that you would look for in a doctor. She checked all my teeth and I love how she explains everything and would listen to all your questions. she was the first doctor to ever check signs of cancer which i was very surprised " no other doctor checked that before " In regards to pricing I got an estimate how much my treatment would cost which is very reasonable, fare and affordable. I'm extremely satisfied with Vista Dental for all there heard work and dedication. Thank you.

I was over an hour running late because was still waiting on someone to take care of my 5 & 2 year olds, and when I communicated this issue to Vista Dental Care, they were very sympathetic and Dr. Vista fitted me in her tight schedule. Dr. Vista is very compassionate, very attentive to details and keeps the patient well-informed throughout the process.

My appointment experience was great! Miranda was personable very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about her job. Explained everything in detail on what she was going to do and also what the dr would do once she came in. She is a perfect person to warm up a patient before the Dr. Vista hits the stage. Dr came in with a warm spirit....even remembered my son. She was gentle in explaining all the details of my exam and definitely did not make me feel judged at all. Im excited about my dental journey with a Dr who really cares for her patience and an office of employees who support her in her work

Update 8/2022: Dr. Vista is THE BEST! I have been going to Vista Dental a few years. On my last visit Dr. Vista noticed something unusual and referred me to my General Practitioner Doctor. It turned out to be something that was of concern, and I had to have a biopsy, luckily it's not cancerous. Thanks to Dr. Vista's professional and very thorough exam!! She does more than care for your teeth, she cares about all her patient's overall health. Dr. Vista is an exceptional Dentist! She also did my filling so fast, it took longer for the numbing stuff than the filling procedure. Also, her staff is professional and does an excellent job at cleaning my teeth. 2021:Was nervous going out, I've only been out to grocery store since March. But I felt comfortable with going to see Dr. Vista (July 28) because I know she had high standards before this pandemic, and she had time to set up her practice with Covid protocols in place. Filled out forms online, easy and fast. Texted when I arrived, wait in car. Walk in and had temperature check and hand sanitizer, I was wearing mask and my own sunglasses. All staff wearing mask. Everything is covered in plastic. I gargled with Listerine twice. Hardly anyone is there, just me and hygienist. All virus safe protocols were in place, I felt comfortable and safe being there.

Dr Vista extracted my 12yr old baby tooth. She explained each step, took great care in making the produce as comfortable as possible and was extremely attentive. I'm glad we found her and would highly recommend her.

Recently had to get a crown for a tooth that I had to get a root canal for. Dr. Vista was very helpful as usual; she explained the process and was very patient with me throughout. Unexpectedly, the process was done with a digital scanning, which made it much easier and faster! Hopefully I never have to go through the process again, but if I do, I would come back here. Would recommend!
