Hello, nice to meet you! My name is Dr. Ricardo Ramirez, DDS. I graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in 2000. Ive provided my knowledge to the Dental Mission of Mercy and Ive been active in the El Paso community for many years. In addition, I am a member of the El Paso District Dental Society.
Our practice offers knowledge and experience by working closely with the Veterans Affair office (V.A.) and the Logistics Reserved Health Readiness program. I'm BEYOND happy with the service I received today from Dr. Ramirez and his amazing staff! Starting from when I walked through the door and greeted by super sweet Lorena, (Receptionist) followed by Javier (x-ray technician), then Diana, (Dental Hygienist). Everyone was exceptionally professional and attentive! Dr. Ramirez took his time to sit with me and talk to me of work I needed to be done. I was surprised by the state of the art equipment they have, especially after switching from my previous Dentist of 30 years. Seeing all this new technology blew me away!!! Diana gave me THE BEST teeth cleaning EVER! I'm soooo happy I switched doctors and I highly recommend Dr. Ricardo Ramirez! You will not regret it!

Really THE best dentist in el paso! Just got a tooth extracted yesterday afternoon and feel good! My teeth are in bad shape and they didn't make me feel bad or embarrassed as I usually do. They are actually helping my situation unlike other Dental offices in el paso!

I owe Viscount Dental Associates a review. Way overdue. Dr. Ramirez and his team are highly efficient, professional, and friendly. Every time I am there I feel like everyone working there is happy to be there, and they are happy to see you and help you. It is not easy to find a dental office where you feel welcomed like that. I've gotten a crown there, cavity fill, mouth-guard, and my dental cleaning there. I would definitively recommend VDA for all your dental needs. Thanks, Viscount Dental Associates!

Great service, they are always so helpful and genuine. They truly take care of thier patients and do thier best to give the patients all the options they need. I came in today for an exam that I was concerned about a tooth and they were amazing to provide same day treatment so I wouldn't have to miss work again. The dental assistant Javier was very kind and informative. I have never complained about anyone here and I've been coming here for 4 years now. It's great to know they have staff like Javier here.I highly recommend this place.

Definitely recommend Dr. Ramirez's office. His staff is very welcoming and super friendly. From a cleaning to getting fills done, it was painless and very quick appointments! A big thank you to Javier for always being friendly and making me feel comfortable throughout all my visits!

Had my first tooth extraction here. I was so nervous and the Javier was amazing, talked me through the process and reassured me I wouldn't feel anything. They were right didn't feel a thing and before I knew it it was all done. Dr. Ramirez did an amazing job!

Dr. Ramirez and his assistant, Javier, put me at complete ease yesterday when I had a molar extracted. In the past I needed a crown replaced and Dr. Ramirez was considerate and professional. The staff are so kind and I highly recommend Viscount Dental Associates for your dental care.

Excellent experience I had with viscount dental. They advise me of wait time prior. Wait time was non existent. Quick process and showed me every step they were taking. Listen and explain everything to my concerns. I recommend them to any one that needs fast pace and quick dental care.

Great experience! The whole staff was amazing. The Doctor explained everything so there was no surprises. They were able to expedite my crown and mouth guard so I could have it before going to work on the east coast. Very accommodating! Found my new permanent dentist!
