Horrible experience. Dentist was rude and I honestly didn't feel like they had the best interest of my child's well-being.

To the parents that are nervous or there child's first time needing a procedure. This staff is awesome they make you feel so comfortable they explain everything. They answer all questions. Highly recommend. Thank you.

If you bring your kids here just make sure to call them everyday because they change appointments without any notification and expect you to just know.

Bad Customer. They refused my son for treatment because I refused to pull his tooth out. So they won't see him again. So if you decided not to pull your kids I don't recommend to take them there.

Great experience from start to finish. Due to how busy they are, my sons first appt was scheduled about a month out but they told me if there was any cancellations they would call me to get him in sooner and sure enough I was able to have him seen the following week. He just had his procedure done yesterday and the staff was very professional. I liked that I was able to meet the anesthesiologist and dentist who was going to be performing the surgery. Definitely recommend them for any oral surgery your child may need.

The ladies there are so amazing! So sweet they really take the time to explain everything to you! They took incredible care of my little girl! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a child dental surgeon!

I had to bring my 5yo and 6yo foster children here for extensive dental work. The staff was amazing at working with the necessary paperwork and social workers to get it set up. Upon arrival, every person was welcoming. They were extremely kind and were patient with my kids and this nervous mom! I feel like I asked a hundred questions and the nurse was very patient in answering. The follow up call for both kids the next day was appreciated. The facility was clean and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this facility to others who need it!

I absolutely love this place. My 4yr old son had to be put to sleep for dental work and they made him feel so comfortable. Very friendly staff as well. I highly recommend this place. Update: My son is now 7 and I still love taking him to this place for any dental treatment, they are so nice and always providing the best customer service. I highly recommend this place.

Bad customer service. The ladies are rude here. The Dentist was nice but my wife also had a bad experience during the first appointment. The wait times are unheard of! The staff gets mad when you ask how long more will the wait be. After waiting here so long I was asked if I wanted to reschedule the appointment. They expected me to come back and start the process over again. Staff were in a hurry to get my screaming child out of the office after the work was done. Wouldn't recommend going on a Friday because they are not concerned on being thorough.

This place was an absolute nightmare from confirming the surgery to the recovery! The wait time for surgery is Ridiculous. The staff did not communicate that it would be so long of a wait. The heavyset receptionist was so rude when I asked how much longer the wait would be. Turned out she was the manager. Now I see why the staff all look so miserable. The staff should also keep the music more kid friendly. I was happy with the work done on my child's teeth but I would not refer ANYONE here due to the customer service.

I took my 2.5 year old here and all the staff is very sweet and friendly. She feels exited to go to the dentist because everyone made her feel comfortable.

I was really glad they explained everything that was going to happen. The only thing I was Not too happy about was they performed a fire drill test while my son was "asleep" and in the middle of his surgery. Everyone in the building including the Dentist working on my son left the building while my son was unconscious inside by himself. This was very upsetting and unprofessional! Please wait til all patients are done with Surgery to do fire drill tests it was very unnecessary at that moment. Overall we had a good visit.

I am beyond happy with this clinic. I took my son for some tooth extractions, it went great. The clinic is really clean, has higiene. The secreteries, assistants, and the dentist were all really nice and answered my questions. I highly recommend this clinic.
