How can I make an appointment if they never answer or return phone calls?

There very unprofessional they never answer the phone or return calls the canceled my children's dentist appointment the day before that a waited a month to get then they never reschedule I wouldn't recommend that anyone use them

It use to be really good, Now no one pickup call and you can't make appointment. Been trying to reach and not response. I don't know if they changed the number. Also you can't make appointments in person. Very awful experience.

I have to agree with these other bad reviews, I was referred by an employee of Virtua in the ER and I also, have been leaving messages for 2 weeks for an emergency appointment but they do not ever return my call, I have left 4 or 5 messages but when I go to the ER for antibiotics they refused to give them to me saying they're not a dentist's office, Copper Hospital also refused to write me a script for antibiotics, so I guess I'll just die from Sepsis when it spreads to my bloodstream!! I'm done trying ,moving on to another option...

01/16/2021 Happy New year has brought me my crown for my implant Dr.Vohera was gental and professional if anyone would need an implant I would recommend him 100% Dr.Vohera makes sure your implant is perfect:-) and if a problem arises he takes action with no hesitation and handles the situation with compassion. Thank you so much for this experience! I give Dr.Vohera and Dr.Peterpaul 5 well deserved stars My experience here has been awesome I been going to virtua dental for several years but this year has been the Best my dentist was Emily Peterpaul she the best I pray every time that she will be there to handle my teeth she compassionate, and enjoys her work and learning, what a lost its going to be for the office when she leaves:-( she helped with my implant Awsome Awsome Dentist!

EXTREMELY unprofessional. I've called since last week attempting to reach to schedule an EMERGENCY appointment and no one has returned my call. I called this Tuesday and left a message and no one has returned my call. Two emergency messages left and it's been a week later and no call backs. I guess I'll have to find their corporate and reach out to a manager cause this is ridiculous, and then when you go in person they say they can't let you upstairs cause it's by appointment only. WELL I CANT REACH ANYONE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

Worse dentist ever. So hard to schedule an appointment over the phone. They put you on hold for a very long time and sometimes hang up after waiting so long. Got scheduled twice and never put on the system and when I showed up I was told with a nasty attitude from one of the girls there that there's no appointment for me on that day. Someone is not doing there job rite

This dental office is very professional and clean. I was seen by Dr. Emily Peterpaul on both my visits to this office. She is very welcoming, professional and friendly.
