The staff here is incredibly nice. My comments are related to my overall experience. First I ended up seeing a doctor who was not the one I had made an appointment to see. I didn't say anything and decided to give this person a chance. Two weeks after my consultation and a treatment plan was developed for me, I received a letter that my insurance would no longer be accepted. But they graciously offered to send records, notes, and X-rays if I chose another provider. I decided to do that. Me and the new provider had to make multiple calls to Virginia Perio to get all of my records sent. When discussing VP's notes with my new provider, he shared that the notes stated that I'm a diabetic and a smoker. I have never smoked a day in my life. I just had a physical and there was no indication that I was a diabetic. Again nice people but highly disappointed in the services provided.

The office is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly I definitely recommend it and will be going back
