I called to try and get an appointment and the receptionist was very nice at first but then I called again because I wanted to make sure that that was the earliest appointment someone had somewhere and the second time I called the receptionist was very rude and didn't even listen to me and hung up on me.

Dr. Herrera was great. He did my wisdom tooth extraction. Very polite and did everything he could to help/ease any discomfort. Great practice and staff. 5/5.

The entire office staff was fantastic. Very professional and I felt at ease about the surgery. Dr. Herrera was thorough and professional and really truly cares. Thanks again for another successful wisdom tooth surgery for another one of my sons.

They were so great and professional, Dr.herrera is the coolest sweetest and most respectful doc, that guy's for a quick and painless experience.

I want to thank Dr.Herrara and his staff for having a clean, safe environment for my daughter. They worked with my schedule. Dr. Herrera and his nurses really made my 12vyear old daughter feel very comfortable when she had to go in for surgery. This was very important to me. Everything was explained in detail before and aftercare. Best service ever!!! Ten stars!!

Has no heart..staff don't want to treat people with dignity and respect..call and get hung up on..was promised compassion, dignity, empathy but not these people...I'm just money for them not a human being just a number...thanks for Nothing.

From the moment you step inside, you will feel welcomed. Front desk to glass windows, everyone is smiling behind their mask. Willing to answer questions, creative stress reducing techniques and beautiful environment!

I will leave 1 star because the Doctor was very nice, but the front desk don't know what they are doing. I called and made an appt. I gave them my information and the receptionist said I was in network with my insurance. I ended up not having to get the procedure done and THANK god I didn't because I would have to pay out of pocket. Now, I gotta pay for a visit that lasted less than 10 min. I will pay because I still got the doctors time and staff and that is understandable, but it is unacceptable that no one. NO ONE told me I was not in network. I just wish they would have said something because it is a personal decision to pay everything out of pocked when having insurance. Ridiculous.

I was referred to Dr. Herrera by my dentist when I came down with an awful infection in a cracked molar. Through every step of the extraction, treating of the infection, and eventually an implant, Dr. Herrera and everyone at Virginia Oral & Facial Surgery Innsbrook have been polite, but most importantly reassuring. This was all a new and scary experience for me, and I can't thank Dr. Herrera and the staff enough for being a source of comfort through the whole ordeal!

Dr Herrera is top notch. Have been to him for extractions in the past; you won't find anyone more caring and understanding. I'm getting ready to have major work done, and will go out of my way because he is the ONLY one who will extract my teeth!

I am 2 years late for writing my review. Although it took me this long to write an review I must say that Dr. M. Herrera and his staff is totally amazing and welcoming. From the moment I walked in until the time I left the office they were very patient, friendly, and informative. After 2 years of doing this review YOU can see the impact that has been left on me. The only issue I have is that this facility is not an dentistry because I would trust them to do routine work that is necessary.

Dr. Mauricio Herrera and his assistant Courtney were awesome as well as the rest of the staff at the Virginia Oral & Facial Surgery Innsbrook Office. All were very professional, friendly, and engaging. Dr. Herrera made me very relaxed before, during, and after the procedure. He kept me informed step-by-step throughout the process before I knew it the procedure was over no pain whatsoever throughout. If I could give more stars I would because I rate them 5 plus. Thank you all for a wonderful experience.
