Most horrendous procedure I've ever had and I've had a lot of dental work. He punctured my sinus cavity and it's been infected for months. Had to remove the implant and see an ENT multiple times for sinus surgery just in the nostril where the implant had been. I have 3 other implants that went fine by a different doctor. Would never go there again. Still in pain

Been going through pain for months. Received payment estimate within 5 days before surgery date. Wish I knew how much I needed to pay before the time of surgery. Literally waited a whole month and now I have to reschedule.

Very disappointed. Automatic machine reminder sending message to remind me appointments 12/10/21 I don't know. They don't get respond back. ( this it machine automatically reminders) but I should have a second reminders ( the person who's responsible for keeping up with patients scheduled not good ! ) this location not good staff. Henrico shot pump

Dr. Neil Agnihotri is PHENOMENAL! He will be my "Go To" Oral Surgeon from now on. He's professional, personable, gentle and definitely an Expert in his field. No doubt the BEST in Richmond - Hands Down!!

This is by far the best dental experience I have ever had! I am terrified of the dentist have been since I was a child due to procedure being performed on me without pain medication. Over the years I have not been to the dentist simply out of fear. I only go when there's a major problem. Recently my wisdom tooth became inflamed infected and caused me to have lockjaw. My regular dentist could not get my mouth open wide enough to perform the surgery so he referred me here. At my consultation appointment everyone I came into contact with was extremely professional and the doctor scheduled me for the very next morning for my extractions. I went in the next morning extremely nervous but everyone made me feel comfortable. He put me to sleep and when I woke up I wasn't in any of the excruciating pain I had been in for weeks!!! I can already open my mouth again I wanted to cry I was so happy!!!!Thank you so much to everyone that works at this practice. I highly recommend this facility for any of your dental needs.

I've been under the care of Dr. Kanyon Keeney for nearly a year. I have been nothing but completely impressed with his skills and his incredible chair side manner. He and his entire staff are very professional, consistently welcoming, and deeply caring. I've found a gem with this practice ...and at a time when I needed it most!

I came here to get my wisdom teeth and a tooth extracted. During my consultation I was told about on payment and that would be my bone graft if it didn't get covered by insurance. Now I show up the day of my surgery and am told I have to pay almost 2,000 for the removal. This is not okay at all especially when I've been in pain for months now.

My experience has been fantastic with this practice. Dr. Keeney came highly recommended and I can see why. But in addition to his excellent manner and expertise, the entire staff in the office has always been friendly and helpful. I'd definitely highly recommend this practice!

My experience is fantastic.Dr Dymon and staff are just awesome. They are very friendly and explained me the entire process and were very patient whenever i had any queries.I got my 8 teeth extractions done in one shot for my invisalign.They helped with everything possible.Highly recommend this facility.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed and all I can say about this practice is great things!!! They eased her anxiety about the surgery, answered all questions, and have very kind workers!! Definitely would recommend this place!!

Kanyon Keeney and his staff are top notch. I have had several implants, and each and every experience has gone smoothly. Kanyon is not only a great surgeon but he is incredibly conscientious. Never once have I experienced undue pain or discomfort either during surgery or afterwards. And his support staff (Anna, Amber, and co.) are exceptional. They are very smart and very caring.

Dr. Dymon removed both of my kid's wisdom teeth this summer. What a great experience. Little to no pain, clear follow-up instructions and the staff was amazing. Would highly recommend Dr. Dymon and Virginia Oral & Facial Surgery.

My wisdom teeth removal performed by Dr. Dymon went smoothly and I experienced little to no pain after surgery. He was helpful pre- and post- surgery, giving me helpful tips and clear instructions. The reason for my 2-star rating is regarding billing. The day of my surgery, I was told that my copay would be around $300. I paid this amount and received my surgery. A few months later, I received a letter in the mail that I owed around $500 for my surgery. I called the billing department and was told that the person who charged me that day made a mistake and charged me the wrong amount, and that there's nothing else that could be done. I wish I was told the correct amount in the first place, rather than be surprised by a $500 bill a few weeks later.
