Dr. Virginia Padua Mattson is a general dentist in the Rancho Bernardo area. She earned her degree from Centro Escolar University in 1983 and received additional training from the California Implant Institute and Zimmer Institute. She is a member of good standing of the ADA ( American Dental Association) , CDA (California Dental Association) , SDCDS (San Diego County Dental Society), AO ( Academy of Osseointegration), ICOI ( International Congress of Oral Implantologists). She holds position as one of the examiners for the Peer Review Committee of the San Diego Dental Society. She is a fellow of the California Implant Institute. She is one of the Board of Directors for the San Diego Association of Filipino Dentists.
She is a community leader in her own right and a humanitarian. She has continuously supported noble endeavors in San Diego and in the Philippines with the Association of Filipino Dentists where she was past President and is now a Board of Directors.
The dental office is serving RB area, 4s Ranch, Carmel Mountain Ranch, Sabre Springs, Westwood, Rancho Penasquitos, Sta. Luz, Scripps Ranch, Ramona, Escondido, Scripps Poway, Rancho Sta. Fe, Mira Mesa and the greater San Diego area.

We've been with Dr Mattson for a long long time. My wife and I are grateful to have her as our dentist. Her husband Steve is so friendly and has done outstanding work as far as cleaning our teeth. All her staff are great. I already recommended a few relatives and friends because their service is great. They are so thankful to have a good and friendly dentist like Dr Mattson and her staff.

My family has been at Dr. Mattson's practice since 2003. The practice is professional, organized, and friendly. There's five people in our family, and we have stayed here for almost 20 years. Need I say more???

I've been going to Dr Mattsons office for half my life now. I started at 13 and I'm not 27 and their service has been nothing but professional and friendly. They treat you and speak to you like family and I will continue to visit them. Highly recommend this office.

Absolutely love coming to Dr. Mattsons office and getting any teeth work done. I know most people are not looking forward to visiting the dentist, but I'll tell you I actually look forward to coming in. They take great care, always respectful and explain what's going on! It's always a breeze at Dr. Mattson!

Our usual teeth cleaning received yesterday along with advice about areas of concern. Again, the staff is always friendly, caring and knowledgeable; we appreciate Dr. Mattson & her assistant, Dr. Azar Parajar, reviewing for any signs of mouth or throat cancer. Then, we go home with a cool gift package (new toothbrush, toothpaste, floss).

It's only my third visit and I must say that this is a professionally run dental clinic. Friendly staff, very courteous and attentive. My hygienist, Steve, really did a great job. The dentist, Ms. Mattson, was straightforward and explained to me what needs to be done. Very honest, no pressure. I say that because I've been to several dentists and most of them were just after making more money. My family also switched to Dr. Mattson and they were satisfied as well.

I'm a relatively new patient to this practice, and I've been very happy with their high level of customer service and patient care. Steve is an awesome hygienist, and fun to work with, and Dr. Mattson is the best!
