I would give no stars if I could. My mother had an appointment to get a filling, they scheduled her for a cleaning instead. When she showed up to the clinic the male hygienist Riley Plank had a really nasty, unprofessional and poor attitude towards her telling her she was being "difficult". Continued to insult her and told her to "get" & "leave". What kind of professional treats patients this way. If you hate your job that much LEAVE! Customer service was not handled appropriately.

If I could give zero stars I would. Riley P (Dental Hygienist) has no professionalism at all. Yelling at a me in front of other patients and staff (Which no one said anything) so it looks as he is allowed to act the way he does.. I will NEVER return to this clinic. Poor customer care, poor communication and abusive to patients. Spoke to manager and he explained that Riley said he was just having a bad day. NO EXCUSE FOR ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR.

Review for Riley Plank.. Always have a great, smooth experience here. I am pregnant and he was very comforting to inform me of everything he was doing. I felt very welcome here and am happy to have found such a wonderful Hygienist. My teeth are already doing so much better thanks to the tips & help from Riley. The staff and Riley are friendly, respectful, caring and courteous of your time.

So far I think it's a good clinic. I had my cavity worked on and he's so fast and efficient at it!! I was in and out fast!! And he numbed me up good I didn't feel anything

Assigned dental care here and went for check-up/cleaning. The dentist told me I had three cavities so scheduled appt but had to reschedule due to COVID. Ended up moving out of state a couple months later and made a new dentist appt to get the cavities filled that this dentist claimed I had. Turns out I have zero cavities and it was gum issues. Not sure how this mistake happened but this dentist is terrible. So glad I ended up going elsewhere and getting the actual issue solved.

The worst dentist I have ever been to. The dentist told me I needed an extraction on an mildly infected tooth because my filling came out and food got stuck in there, All I needed was a root canal which I got a second opinion from another professional dentist. Second she was in a rush when she was extracting my tooth and didn't even wait for my mouth to get numb. She gave me over 5 shots to rush the process and she didn't even prescribe me a antibiotic for my infection or a pain reliever. A few days after my mouth got infected. I called in and asked to speak with her, the receptionist told me she will call me back after she is done with her patient, she never called me back. I called 10 times and finally the receptionist said that she didn't have time for me and if I want antibiotics I have to get an additional exam. I already had an exam xrays everything a few days before. Oh and they don't have an available appointment until a week from now. That I need to go to an emergency dentist now and pay a lot of money all because she forgot to send me home with an antibiotic perception after she painfully extracted my infected tooth. All they care about is money the more patients they have the better. YOU are just a number. It is clearly not quality it's all about quantity. I made the mistake and didn't check all the bad reviews before I went there. Don't make the same mistake I did. You will regret it.

I got recommended to take my 1 y/o son for his FIRST dental cleaning, and this place does not seem kid friendly, we didn't feel welcomed at all, had to wait like 20 mins to get seen by the dentist, I thought it was just cause he was seeing another patient but no we see him walking through the door with COFFEE! Worst service ever I will definitely be taking my son somewhere else!!!!!!!!

I will be going in AGAIN for the 4th time in a week for the same problem. They will drill away at your teeth without giving you any pain meds, even after an infection NOTHING!!! I got my tooth pulled last week and they chipped my front tooth and refuse to fix it properly. Im so done with this place after today.

After an excruciating weekend having an abscess touching a nerve the clinic got me in immediately. The minute I sat in the chair I was attended to and quickly given relief from the pain. Dr. Kim and his nurse made sure I felt absolutely no discomfort. They were professional and patient with my nerves. Thank you so so so much!!

My 15 year old son had 2 toothaches simultaneously. He needed root canals on both. After arriving late for an appointment they refused him another appointment and said he had to come in at 8:00 am and sit in the lobby and wait to see if someone no showed, then they would give him their spot. If nobody no showed, he'd have to do it again and again, day after day, till he got in to take care of these 2 teeth that are causing him horrible pain. This was before the vivid 19 pandemic, meaning my soon would have had to miss multiple days of school in hopes of getting his teeth fixed. Also, front desk staff is not up to past. Nobody seems to knife what they are ding. They are friendly but uneducated and untrained. This place is a joke! They should be shut down.

Really Virginia Garcia? Due to low funding, the equipment at this office is all built in the 1970's. Took 50 minutes for the assistant to x-ray my mouth. She is doing a great job with her caring and professional demeanor. She apologized for the painful hard plastic and the extra time taken. Hello McFly? 3D stand up 360deg x-ray was invented in the late 1990's early 2000...Wasting county's money and hurting patients rather than update the equipment to at least 20 years ago? DON'T GO HERE your time is valuable and so is your mouth.

Boyfriend got one of his wisdom teeth pulled because of swelling and was in pain they had him come back 2 weeks later and had a cleaning done now his gums and side of his face is swollen and he can't shut his mouth he's in extreme pain id highly recommended not going here worst place ever
