I'd prefer that you contact me within 4 Months after A Full Dental Visit. And I was going to inform you that I was formed with an spinal column from my back to my neck that did not lay flat on the dentist chair and my chin could not tilt towards my chest. And fix the water sprayer. It was leaking.

Maybe it's a good dentist is your non white. If your white they stick you in the back room and give you the fat white lady who couldn't get hired anywhere else and excepted minimum wage for the position cause she barely passed her classes and knows nothing about being a hygenist. I had to walk out cause she was trying to rip the gums out of my head when I told her; just clean my teeth.

I've been going to VG Dental clinic for almost 10 years, not once have I ever had a bad experience. When it came to doing a root canel on afront tooth, they referred me to OSHU dental school, U ROCK. I was perfectly fine with that. A complete success! Not once have I ever felt mistreated,OR experienced poor treatment, dental, xray,cleaning fillings, they are good people. And not that this should matter in the least, but I am a white woman living on Ss.. we cant all afford highend health insurance.

Terrible experience. Worst place ever . I made an appointment for filling my daughter cavities . After we came wait 20 minutes until my appointment they said they will cancel my appointment because she's not 6 months check up yet . I said yes because the appointment for cavities NOT 6 months check up . They said they will check and see and trying to say that there is both for her teeth not to be done . No apologize not so ever . I told them the last time they told my daughter comes back next time because she was having anxiety for the filling, they then ask me if I know where In her teeth need to fill. I said I thought you guys should have record of your patients. She then said she doesn't see anything and keep telling us need to come back every 6 months. But they still put us in the dirty room after arguments. UNPROFESSIONAL OR RESPECTED . And then she walked to the next room gossiping with the other assistant about us. At this point I walked to them and just stared at them . What are you doing lady ? And then the dentist came in and checked my daughter teeth for 2 minutes and said yeah she has a broken tooth need to be filled. I then had to repeat the 20th times yes that's what the appointment for . Again, no apologies or anything, just tell me to make appointment for a fill . I don't know if I should laugh at them or cry for us at this point. We just walked straight out . Never seen any rudeness people, then they called me while we were driving home asking us make appointment for filling and this appointment was just for valuation haha

The dentist were nice enough people, however I went in for a cleaning, and at other clinics there is little to no pain. At this clinic I was told my teeth were in excellent condition but during the clean I was in so much pain that I was visibly crying and shaking. After telling them to be gentle, I was just told that there was nothing they could do and I would just have to try and handle it. I am by no means someone with low pain tolerance. I would be cautious of getting cleaned here

The people are nice, but the dentist people can't do their job well. Recently I took my daughter to get her refills in and I thought that they were filling them, but it turned out that they weren't doing anything on them. My daughter has been complaining that the dentist people are hurting her teeth more. Now she has problem eating from one side of her mouth. As a mexican mom, I think the dentist people need to know how to do their job well. If they are not going to do it then what's the point of going.

Is there a way to give a negative 5... Because i feel that is generous. They dropped the ball not once not twice but three times. Update... I unfortunately had to return because my insurance wouldn't allow a change of provider... So I figured its just a filling... I went in for two fillings with no tooth pain what so ever... They did the fillings... Now because he drilled to far I have swelling and sever pain. So I called and they will see me to "evaluate" the situation. But no treatment.

2 out of my 3 visits they have told me they aren't gonna work on me that day and to reschedule. When I go to reschedule I can't seem to get an appointment. The one time they did work on my teeth they did a terrible rushed job. Go anywhere else if your insurance allows

I'm not sure why there are so many awful reviews of this place.. I feel that all of the dental staff were very lovely people and super helpful. Someone previously commented that they are *only* kind to Spanish-speaking patients which I have to disagree with. I feel I was treated the same everyone else in the building at the moment. I genuinely enjoyed this place and I'm happy I found a good dental care team to go back to.

I haven't experienced any major problems. However, I have been very disappointed in the way that I am talked down to. I am a young looking mother of 4 but that doesn't make me stupid or ignorant. Not having a 100k plus income doesn't equal uneducated. I have not appreciated the way that I have been spoken to in front of my children for the majority of my visits.

I took my daughter for a cavity clean up I thought everything was ok but after 3 weeks she got an infection and had to take her over to ER the DR doctor told me she got the infection because the dentist did t do a good job doing the clean up. Worst experience ever with a dentist over at Virginia Garcia

They Take Very Good Care Of My Teeth, But Recently I'm Having Troubles With My Auto Sonic Pik. No Vibration, But Only Manual Scratching Of The Teeth Similarly To What The Girl Nurse Does For My Teeth. The Water Pik Didn't Work And It Leaks Water From The Reservoir. Tell My VG Dental Nurse Girl That.

Worst experience ever, horrible. Being a single mother I missed a couple appointments and now I am not able to make appointments for a year. I have to come in at 7:30 a.m. and wait for somebody to cancel, there's been several times I just walked out because I couldn't wait any longer., 10am-12pm. I would not refer this place to anybody. Front desk women are not nice either, poor etiquette. They cater to Mexican folk.

Yo esperaba un servicio mas serio y mas por tratarse de un bebe. Mi hija hace unos meses tenia un ano y ocho meses y la lleve por un problema de caries en uno de sus dientes frontales. Yo esperaba que la durmieran para arreglarlo y el dentista me sugirio un liquido para parar las caries porque es muy riesgoso dormirla por que esta muy chica, y es preferible hacer ese procedimiento y que supuestamente cuando empezara a mudar sus dientes sele caerian junto con los demas y no. Se le empezaron a caer a pedazos y se le danaron los otros tres dientes asi que ahora mi hija tiene solo la mitad de sus cuatro dientes frontales y sufre de dolor. Yo les aconsejo que no permitan por ningun motivo que a sus bebes les pongan ese liquido, busquen otras opciones porque honestamente yo senti que mi hija fue un experimento. Ningun nino merece pasar por lo que ha pasado mi hija. No vuelvo a llevar a mi hija a ese lugar
