I strive to provide dentistry that is detailed and comfortable. I enjoy building strong relationships with everyone that comes into Virginia Dental Center, and see those relationships as a crucial part of a successful treatment. I became a dentist because I enjoy meeting new people and see my job as a culmination of an ever-evolving science and art.
I graduated with a degree in Biology from Monmouth University. I continued my education at SUNY University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. Through hard work and dedication, I received honors from the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and the Northeastern Society of Periodontists. While I was in dental school, I served as the Social Chair and Treasurer of the Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity student chapter.
After dental school, I completed a General Practice Residency at Washington DC Veterans Affairs Medical Center treating our nation's veterans. I was afforded the opportunity to work closely with specialists and hone in on developing my skills in root canal therapy, fixed and removable prosthodontics, implant dentistry, and oral surgery.
I am committed to providing the highest quality of dentistry you deserve. I strive to work meticulously and gently, with an exceptional chairside manner to make sure your visit is as enjoyable as possible. Through staying current on advances in dental care, I'm able to make sure your oral health is where it should be, so you can get the smile you want.
I received my undergraduate degree from Pacific Union College in Napa Valley, California. From there I went on to Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in California, where I received my Doctorate of Dental Surgery with honors. In dental school, I served as a student clinical instructor, teaching anesthetic and restorative dentistry techniques to classmates and underclassmen.
Outside of school, I have participated in many dental outreach programs, providing free dental care to underserved communities. These programs have allowed me to travel to places like New Mexico, Dominican Republic, and Mexico.
In my downtime, I can be found watching movies, exercising, or eating. I enjoy traveling, cooking, and spending time with my family. My favorite thing to do in my free time is to try new restaurants and cuisines with my wife Kayla - recommendations are always welcome!

My childhood dentist inspired me to pursue dentistry. I began as a dental and surgical assistant before attending New York University College of Dentistry, where I was recognized as Valedictorian. Outside of my classes there, I served as a tutor and treasurer of the Technology in Dentistry Society. I was awarded the Outstanding Student Leader Award from the American College of Dentists, and the Robert J. Ditolla Memorial Award for excellence in clinical dentistry.

The Dental Tech was both profressional and courteous. Dr. Hussan explained everything in"plainEnglish" so even I could understand it. It was an excellent experience.

Dr. Goldstein and Vivian are the best! They take the time to listen and inform you so that you feel comfortable. The next day Dr. Goldstein followup with a phone call to see how I was doing. I had 3 crowns put in and one of them was quite sensitive he was very concern and caring. I definitely recommend Virginia Dental Care they have a 5 star Plus from me. Thank You, Ann Marie Iorio

The actual experience with the dentists and the assistants was fine - but they told me to come back in four months. The appointment person said no availability for eight months and that she'd put me on the wait-list. Never got called and when I tried to set up an appointment they just ghosted me.

Love everything about the staff and the office except they take on too many patients so it's no longer easy to get a 6 month appointment. When I went in for my cleaning all they had was appointments 8 months out. Wish they'd prioritize existing patients over getting new ones. Considering going elsewhere.

This is the first time I'm writing a review because I want to warn others. I picked this place because they had good reviews but my experience has been terrible. First, I called and left multiple messages to make an appointment but they never called me back and would pick up the phone just to hang up on me. I got a crown done from them and had terrible pain but they wouldn't pick up my calls so I couldn't get that addressed. Second, they overcharged me by $250 but didn't tell me until I suddenly had "credit" towards my next dental procedure that next year which I wouldn't have gotten back if I decided to switch dentists. Every single charge they make is way OVER what you have to pay so keep a close eye on the values when they give your receipt so you can compare it with insurance.

Dr. Adam D. Goldstein and his team are outstanding! Dr. Goldstein meticulously checked my oral and overall health, and I was very impressed. Danielle, the hygienist examined my x-rays carefully, and knows her job well, I felt really good after the cleaning. Keisha and Stephanie at the front desk were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Goldstein and his team to any one looking for a new Dentist.

Best part about my visit was my amazing dentist Abby Halpern and my equally amazing hygienist Rebecca. I was so impressed by them both! They are gems! Again, I went and this time I saw Dr Henry and his team. They were terrific. His Hygienist was amazing. Great experience.

Had not been to the dentist for years (maybe a decade) and started having tooth pains. Dr. Henry and his assistant were great to deal with, putting me at ease and helped solve my problem. I will be going back to them regularly now.

I've had a horrible history with dentists in my lifetime, and this is the best dentist office I've ever been to!! The staff are all very kind, patient, and flexible. They answer any and all questions while giving amazing individualized advice. Dr. Goldstein, Valerie, Lauren, and Claire have made me enjoy going to the dentist, and I am very excited to maintain my dental health with this practice!!

I highly recommend this dental office, and Dr. Kim! I always receive outstanding service (don't usually wait for more than 5 minutes in the waiting room before I'm swept into the dental chair); appointments are easy to schedule over the phone or email, emergency or not; Dr. Kim is patient and provides a breakdown of what is going on during the entire appointment; and when I needed an excellent root canal specialist, they knew who to recommend for a unique front tooth problem. Don't hesitate to go with VA Dental Care.

I recently moved to Clarendon and was. looking for a new dentist. I had a fantastic experience during my first visit! The staff members were all incredibly welcoming (from reception to the doctor) and answered all questions I had. My hygienist, Winnie, also took the time and care to explain all the routine procedures and paused to ensure I didn't feel any discomfort during cleaning. I will certainly be returning here for future routine care!
