The dentist and periodontist were very knowledgeable about everything going on and helped me to develop a plan for the long term for my dental needs. The hygiene team was all very friendly and very helpful as well in making my visit smooth and comfortable.

I recently had a crown break on a Friday and Virginia Dental Care was able to work me in for an unscheduled appointment on Monday. The dentist I previously saw was no longer there. I was introduced to Dr. Hartsell who was wonderful. She is very straight forward, very knowledgeable, and very skillful. She prepared my tooth and had an excellent temporary crown made in no time and I was on my way. I have used Virginia Dental Care for about a year now and I have been extremely pleased with the care I have received from everyone there.

I've been coming to Virginia Dental Care for a few years now, and they always take excellent care to 1) explain each step and each procedure, 2) to follow all safety and health measures and set expectations for other to do the same, 3) treat everyone with courtesy and respect, 4) offer options that make you feel most comfortable. Everyone who works here is kind and personable, and it's always an easy experience!

Everyone is so kind and helpful. This is also the first dentist's office where I have come out of it with a longer term dental plan, rather than just focusing on routine cleaning. So glad I found this office!

Love coming to Virginia Dental Care. I've been a patient since 2019. No pain experienced ever (cleaning, root canals, fillings, etc.). Try them out, you won't be disappointed!

It's really a good experience in VDC. The staff there are very friendly, and the office is clean and tidy. Dr. Shutong Hartsell helped me do a full examination. She's very nice, friendly and caring. I like her professionalism. Strongly recommend!!!

I had a teeth cleaning on February 4th. I ended up paying $400 out of pocket for this care. My insurance refunded the Virginia Dental Care $340 dollars for those services in error. Since then I have called and emailed multiple times about receiving a refund since the insurance paid their office directly, and not me. Virginia Dental Care hasn't been responsive and I have yet to receive my refund for services I received almost 4 months ago. They also tried to use the money my insurance had refunded them to pay for my brothers care. My brother is an adult and not under my insurance. Please be cautious about seeing the dentists here. They are not transparent about how they operate financially.

I had a crown replaced. Dr. Lee was the most pleasant experience and he's very detailed and works with a patient well is does excellent work! Very very pleased.
