I was not told when my children's appointment was canceled due to the dentist being out of the country. They said they sent out a text but I never received one. Just a confirmation text for their appointment. I was told they would call me to reschedule. I never received a phone call so I tried calling. The woman who answered the phone was rude. She said they couldn't be seen until February. Then she said she would call me at the end of the week which never happened. I'm very disappointed. We love Dr. Shetty and totally understand him being out of the country due to a family emergency. The front desk staff needs to be worked on. This was in August. I still haven't heard anything. Edit: They replied here but I never heard from them. Edit: This problem was resolved. They had their appointment today. Dr. Shetty was wonderful as always! Thank you!

Sadly, on the pediatric side, my daughter was in and out in 13 minutes with braces; clean, floss, polish, and inspection. The tech wouldn't floss all her teeth, he told her it was too hard for him. How is the possible? The dr. looked in her mouth for a total of 15 seconds only on one side and said she was good. I sure hope all her teeth are good, since we didn't get the service we normally do.

Our family loves this office! We tried a few other places in town for pediatric dentistry, and they don't even come close in comparison. This place gets the job done in a caring way. The staff is friendly and efficient. A bonus is the location, right near Chickfila and Crumbl cookie. I highly recommend this place!

Overall uncomfortable experience. Dr.Shetty gave no advice on how to comfort my daughter when it comes to brushing her teeth but lots of judgement on my parenting abilities. Was told he could put her under to clean her teeth but he made it seem pointless because "it'll just happen again" and that I should just be holding her down and using force to brush her teeth after I had explained three separate times she has a very huge fear of choking and wanted advice on how to approach it to make her comfortable. Asked a lot of personal questions with disgust on his face that didn't even relate to her teeth. Not only did he judge me but he judged her as well. As they held my three year old daughter down and pried her mouth open to get a look at her teeth they managed to make her chin bleed on both sides from the force they used. This was her very first visit with them and it was an overall horrifying experience for her and I. For the sake of your kids please find a different dentist.

Great staff...from the moment I walked in, I felt welcome and they all tried to put me at ease. I'm a nervous wreck. Efficient, clean, and would highly recommend if you too have qualms at going to the Dentist!

The staff and doctors are wonderfully patient and encouraging to nervous patients. I can't think of anywhere else that has worked so well with my children.

5 stars for Miss April. (Dr. Campbell is awesome too!!!). My sister is a patient here. She has always had a tough time going to the dentist. Normally our parents take her to the dentist so it had been years since I've gone with her (which usually entailed her crying, screaming at the dentist and assistants, breaking dental equipment, and one time locked herself in the car so that her appt was cancelled). This was the first time in awhile that I took her. I prepared myself for the worst but was pleasantly surprised. ALL THANKS TO APRIL! My sister is an adult with autism. Sometimes it's difficult to meet others who just get it. But April GETS IT. She knew just how to communicate with my sister, made her feel calm, and continually praised her. She also went out of her way to make my sister feel special by picking out her own toothbrush. It made a difference. Thank you for having the best "dentist party". She's still talking about it.

Great staff. Would like to thank Dr Pham and Amanda at a personal level for the great support they gave me during this time. I am intensely lucky to have Dr Pham as my physician.

Quality dental work you can depend on with staff that care about your comfort level. My teeth have never been healthier, I've never had a problem with one of their fillings over many years, and my bite is the most comfortable it's ever been.

I am appalled at how much they quoted us for our son , $6000 for baby teeth work and we went to pediatric dentistry of Fredericksburg and they were a third of that. They also treated us horribly when we said we could not afford that amount of work. Price mark up at its finest ! I do not recommend .
