Dr. Shad T. Ingram attended Weber State University for his Bachelors degree, and then attended the Dalhousie School of Dentistry in Halifax, Nova Scotia. While attending the university, Dr. Shad introduced several high-tech dental procedures to the faculty and students, having been involved in dentistry since his junior high school years. Here in Syracuse, he is well known for his ability to put even the most fearful patient at ease.
Dr. Shad and his wife have five beautiful children. A former childhood soccer player, he now delights in coaching his own childrens teams. Dr. Shad enjoys a good joke, as well as camping, fishing, hiking, and many other outdoor activities.
Dr. Richard A. Ingram graduated from Weber State University with his Bachelors degree, and completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Case Western School of Dental Medicine in Ohio. He was very successful in his studies, graduating at the top of his class with honors both academically and clinically. He has a talent for putting children at ease, thanks to his easy going nature.
Dr. Clive C. Ingram completed his undergraduate studies at Weber State University and Brigham Young University. He then graduated with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Kansas City School of Dentistry in 1973. For two and a half years, he served in the Army as a dental officer and a dentist while stationed at Fort Wainwright, near Fairbanks, Alaska.
In 1976, Dr. Clive established VIP Smiles, where he was eventually joined by his sons. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Utah Dental Association, the Weber District Dental Society, and he is a past president of the Utah chapter of the Academy of Family Dentists. He has a passion for helping those around him.
All of us would be lost without Kami! She has been with our practice for almost 11 years! Although a little camera shy, she is the friendly voice on the phone and the one who helps with all the financial solutions. She has been in dentistry all of her adult life. From being a chairside assistant to taking care of front office duties, Kami knows it all. As much as she loves taking care of the amazing patients we have here at VIP, she also is an avid equestrian, participating in horse shows and rodeos. She is talented and invaluable an integral part of our VIP family.
Laura has been with the Ingrams as a dental assistant for over 20 years. Laura has an unmatched talent for putting patients at ease and is often requested by name to assist the dentists. She has a great deal of patience and compassion as well as a firm knowledge of Dentistry. She has eight children and 13 grandchildren. In her free time, she LOVES to go camping and to be outdoors in the beautiful Utah terrain. Laura loves scrapbooking and crafts; she makes the most beautiful cakes. Laura is a welcome asset to our VIP Family. Laura is OUR rock and SHE ROCKS!

Really great experience. I've been going here for at least 15 years. They're always friendly and professional. I visited for a checkup and cleaning. Kaylee and Bailey were awesome. Then today I returned to have some work done. I was very nervous and Skylar was very patient and explained things well. Dr Shad is always personable and does a great job!

We love Dr. Shad, all the hygienists and assistants! They have done wonderful work on my husband, he's never complained of any pain or mishandling. They treat my 2 yr old like a little star and are extremely understanding of how the dentist can be a scary experience so they don't push her and instead try to create a positive experience. That means a lot to me as a mom, I know my family's teeth are safe with VIP Smiles!

I came here because the reviews were so great. They definitely backed all of that up. The staff here is amazing. They treat you awesomely, are very punctual, and provide amazing service. I had my teeth whitened and a cleaning. They were very professional and kind. I would recommend VIP Smiles to anyone!

Everyone was nice except the front desk staff on my first visit. She either was bothered by me or didn't like the assistant talking to her, or didn't like working at all. It was a little unsettling. Everyone else was wonderful and I will keep coming back in spite of her.

I was impressed with my visit today. I was taken back on time, the assistant was very efficient and confident. She was very good at keeping the water in my mouth under control. I appreciated the thorough cleaning and careful exam by the providers. I always look forward to my cleaning appointment, because it is very relaxing for me.
