The owner of VIP Smiles is Dr. Johnson. After graduating from Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry at the top of her class, she started VIP Smiles in 2008. Aiming to provide great dental care to patients throughout the Maple Heights area, Dr. Johnson has successfully made VIP Smiles a staple in the community.
She volunteers every week at the local schools to bring awareness to children about keeping healthy smiles. In addition to that, Dr. Johnson also teaches at her alma mater Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry.

Dr Johnson is a great dentist. I trust her advice. Whenever I have a dental issue, she resolve the issue effectively and efficiently. She's very kind, courteous and caring. The only thing I do wish is for her to have at least one Saturday per month where clients can schedule to come in. I am a totally satisfied client.

Very rude people answering the phone. Was looking around me for a Dentisit once I had that phone call with them I decided to travel 45 minutes to my old dentist.

My first visit was very nice and the staff was also nice Dr.Johnson was pleasant and she explained everything to me that I will need done to have the smile and healthy teeth I will be going back to have the work done for sure .Ok been back a couple of times since my first visit and ginna go back to have the rest of my work done and can't wait the service is awesome and staff pleasant so my beautiful smile to come soon will update my post when completely done.

Staff was very polite, and courteous..... the Doc as well! I was in and out but most of all my appointment started open arrival, everything went real smooth and moved very expeditiously, I was more than pleased and would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a speedy and pleasant dentistry!

Dr. Johnson and Ricki are both AMAZING. They were both friendly and extremely professional. My daughter and I were both pleased with the service, as well as the family oriented atmosphere they provided. I will be referring my family and friends to Dr. Johnson!

Dr. Johnson and associates talked to me in a comfortable friendly way from the beginning. From front desk to associates to the doctor, everyone was smiling and genuinely kind. You feel like you've known them for years as opposed to just meeting them. Doctor and associates are also extremely helpful. This was my first time visiting a dentist office and that required me to make decisions about my mouth that I havent previously considered. Dr. Johnson was extremely helpful in the way she broke down my options and also giving her own recommendations. During operation it was made a point that I did not feel any pain. Everything was communicated thoroughly and I left without any lingering concerns. I still have work (which was broken down in steps) I need done in my mouth that I am thankful I have Dr. Johnson and her staff to help me with. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED.

Yesterday, my son and I received a cleaning from Dr. Johnson and I promise we was grateful for every last minute of her service. She was kind, patient, and I didn't have any anxiety. My teeth are very clean and feels good. Most of the time I avoid the dentist office at all cost, but Since I have been going to VIP smiles my trust in Dentistry has increased. Thank you Dr. Johnson for restoring my faith in dentistry.
