If I could give this so called dentist a negative rating I would. HORRIBLE experience! Cheeks sewn to my gums after a wisdom tooth extraction. Billing did not explain all charges and when they were questioned, they were extremely rude. I would NOT recommend this facility to ANYONE!

Dr.Hambe is the best dentist I have found, and I work in the dental field. He is an expert at numbing, and a fun professional. The staff at vip dental will not guilt you or shame you or try and scam you. They will ask you what you would like to work on and make an affordable plan to help you out. Not only are they affordable, but they are open late and on weekends. I never thought I'd find a dentist to fit in my schedule, but I feel like I have found the best.

They don't deserve 1 star. My daughter had a root canal, 6 days later she is still in pain, most times severe pain, just as it was prior to the root canal. This is not a 24/7 emergency dental, if it was, they would have had her back immediately to take care of it. Six days later, they saw her again, and no xray or anything, told her to come back in a week to see the provider who did the root canal. So does he only work part time??? The provider today made her feel it is all in her head. No it isn't, I see the pain she's in. There are several reasons there could be pain afterwards, retained fragments, drilled too deep, so just check and make things right. Joshua the person who talked to me today, hung up on me after placing me on hold, has had attitude, and yes, I'm upset, I've seen the pain she is in for the last 6 days. So I've started a dispute with Care Credit. I will not pay for a procedure that obviously was not done correctly. They will not take care of the problem, extremely unprofessional and not caring staff. What kind of dental office is ok with patients in pain???

The doctors here are great, they will come in for emergencies anytime of the day and they have great hygenists and regular checkups too! The doctors keep you informed about everything that they recommend, and they give you options to accommodate your preferences. 10/10 would, and will, do again!

Best office to go to if you're having a dental emergency, HANDS DOWN!!!! No other dental offices are open 7 days a week, Saturday and Sunday, PLUS provide service like VIP does. (Not to mention, the doctor on call is a LIFE SAVER!!!!) I'm SO ecstatic I found VIP, I will NEVER have to look for another dental office again. Thank you guys so much!!!

Avoid this office, very shady practice. Dr. Alex is unprofessional. He will make you feel like you should only be seeing him for your dental care. The office has no problem taking your money upfront although he has no intentions of treating you. When you see him he will tell you that he can't help you unless you transfer all your dental records to him and get a full comprehensive exam, even if you just had one with another dentist. I have NEVER experienced such a rude and dishonest office and dentist. Save your time and money and go some place that is actually willing to help you and not just charge you and then turn you away.

BEWARE!!!!! I got two root canals that were crowns and within 3 months both have failed and I lost both molars. When the first one broke off, ( I was not even eating) I went to seek a second opinion for an implant. All 3 dentists I visited told me the other crown was not done correctly and didn't look ok. Well, I am on vacation and the other crown that was just completed in March just fell out of my mouth yesterday!!! I spent/wasted my money on these crowns only to have to need implants a few months later!! DON'T waste your money here! You will regret it.

I have had bad experiences with dentists but that all ended when when I was recommended VIP Dental from my sister. I can definitely say I have never met a dentist that is thorough and honest, not to mention also extremely reasonable in fees. My only regret is that I didn't find Dr. Joseph sooner but as they say better late than never. Thank you Dr Joseph.

I would like to thank the staff at VIP Dental. Doctor Joseph is fantastic, he takes the time to go over all the options great chair side manner, and his work is outstanding! I won't go anywhere else! Along with Betty who assists Dr Joseph is wonderful , she always makes sure your comfortable, while taking great care of you throughout the procedure! Josh who fields all your calls and helps you with setting your appointment is awesome! I have recommended VIP Dental to my friends and family! Frank T

Heart Logger (named 10 July 2022, 1256, at query request by Josh >> Dr. Alex: ABSOLUTELY STELLAR. <3 Nicole: ABSOLUTELY STELLAR. <3 Staff (I do recall your names, I already feel the internal heat about not calling you out on "the carpet" one by one....) . ABSOLUTELY STELLAR. <3 Why? Keep me reading! Keep me reading! ;>) In every heartbeat, I honestly never cared much for what people claim they know. The ones that know no thing are the really bright ones.... I only care about one (1) (Eine) (Uno) particular "item". Das Herz, the heart.. HOW MUCH YOU CARE. I honestly cannot 'rate' that, it would be like judgment. The exact estimates of (my big janky list of major repairs here) those visits: That takes CARING and TIME. That is a major project. <3. That estimate (hopefully insurance doesn't mess it up later) was to the cent. I never had that at any other werksheppe. They were usually pretty sloppy. Wasted a lot of my mom's money (clincher: never mentioned a dad...) and she worked hard for it. I was blessed with a very amazing individual (at my janky 7PM late appt because I also am in the service business, she didn't have to stay that late though). I am fanatical about :service:. She had a large list that probably took a substantial quantity of her time (away from her family and.. in a building with light of the wrong color temperature). That is caring in action. <3. The actual appointment for the solitary and unnaturally worn tooth was long. Pain of the default kind was none-existent. The bremsstrahlung from a curing light zapped a nearby conduction bandgap (harmless... just felt like I got another internal minor sunburn (see me for details...) and for most they wouldn't know. Otherwise, a tooth had been powdered and normally, vibration alone will shake your nearby TMJ/upper cranial fascia quite a bit. NO PAIN! BETTER! NO NARCS/Anesthesia (already turned both away) They even put up with my highly neurotic and sappy self. Das Beste oder Nichts. Anyone reading this, get your a$$ up there and make an appointment or I will bring my "spare parts" box and show you the three pulled teeth by kinda uncaring but talented folks no longer under my payroll. - me. <<>> BEST EVER. <<>> <3

Scam artist !!! Stay clear. I went there with a dental emergency. I have two dental insurance. First thing they said we can see you right of way for $110 or you can wait for us to verify your insurance it will take a while. So I paid the $110. They sat me down, took X-rays. Dr comes in, does his evaluation. Then I had to wait for the "patient care coordinator" another word for the sales lady. She comes in and says it will be an additional $790 to remove my tooth and bone graph as the doctor recommended. My wife and I said how about our insurance. Her answer was we couldn't verify it. I have never had any problem with my dental insurance verification. Her excuse was that it's the weekend and it's difficult to verify insurance. So after we told her we will wait until Monday so that they can verify our insurance. Her answer was "we don't know what time we will be able to do that since there are other patients from the weekend we need to verify their insurance first". It get better, it was either do it today and pay out of pocket or the Dr doesn't have another opening until the end of next month. SCAM ALERT

I am so excited that I found VIP Dental! The staff is extremely compassionate patient and kind. As for Dr Alex I couldn't ask for a more understanding dentist with all of the health issues I have, he assured me that I would not feel pain. He was right he was gentle he was understanding and made sure I was comfortable and okay. Just a quick notation as I am telling you this I realized it cannot be easy for doctors to treat incurable neurological disorders as I have. I have complex regional pain syndrome and functional neurological disorder also Bell's palsy for 4 years now. MY list doesn't stop here but I am. Now I am always looking forward to my next appointment at VIP Dental with Dr Alex.

JOSH AT THE FRONT IS REFUSING TO RELEASE MEDICAL RECORDS. HE HAS SENT THE WRONG ONES ON EVERY OCCASION SOMETHING WAS RECEIVED AND HAD MEDICATION SENT TO ME WITH THE WRONG PATIENT NAME SEVERAL TIMES. THIS IS NOT ACCIDENT ON HIS PART IT IS SIMPLY HIM BEING MALICIOUS. I AM HAVING TO CONTACTING A ATTORNEY TO GET MY RECORDS.

Be careful, dental hygienist turnover. New hygienists not nearly as good. If you have problems with your teeth or gums do research and communicate.

I called VIP due to extreme pain from impacted wisdom teeth and a cracked tooth on a thursday night at 8pm and I was seen at 9 PM. Dr. J injected a few painless shots for relief and sent me on my way. I am extremely appreciative at his gentleness and professionalism. Ive made an appt for extraction or whatever it is that needs to be done to keep me pain free. I highly recommend VIP for emergency dental procedures. Dr. J is the way to go. Thank you!

What a wonderful Dental Office with top notch care. This office took me in as a new Patient next day service, very kind and compassionate to all my dental needs. I felt very well cared for and the staff are phenomenal the Doctor phenomenal as well. I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs. Thank you so much for such a caring and understanding evaluation of my situation. AAA+ dental office!!!!
