This place is so clean, organized, very friendly staff, outstanding customer service. (They call to remind you of appointment or text, how cool is that!, you will not feel like a number here.. you get what you pay for, ) I'm seeing the dentist for TMJ issues. Been coming for a bit over 5 months know (I'll keep you posted) I've seen a big difference. When I came in to see the dentist I was in pain, I cried with joy once the dentist told me what I had. I had gone to two dentist. I thought it was my bottom left moler that hurt, they all said it was not, I was surten it was, I just wanted the tooth out, finally a new (second) dentist in Pomona (Castro Ricardo) convinced me to see a TMJ Dentist, and referee me to this dentistry (they have various dentist here) I'm so glad I came. The clinic is next to el pollo loco, and there is a Nothingbut buntt cup cake place around the corner, Starbucks and the Habit burger place. So you will not go hungry.

Amazing staff who are all extremely professional, compassionate, personable and committed to providing a pain free visit. I had a cavity addressed by Dr Han who was very attentive in providing the pain free and thorough treatment of the affective tooth.

I am absolutely terrified of the dentist. As I walked in the door, I couldn't help crying in fear. The front desk girls were amazing in handling my emotions with compassion. Dr. Han greeted me in the lobby and spoke with such compassion. We walked back to the room where we continued talking and discussing where my fear comes from. His bedside manner was amazing. He was able to complete my procedure and I have rescheduled for my cleaning.

I'm not a big fan of going to the dentist. This office was very comfortable and Dr. Han it is very easy to be around and talk to. I highly recommend this office

Had another appointment with Dr. Han today. It was basically to discuss what procedure I would have to go through to replace an old bridge. He's so concise and understands how some of us have anxiety at the dentist. I left knowing exactly how the work will be handled and the advantages of the procedure Dr. Han suggested. I really appreciate everybody at this office. Dr. Han was extremely patient, showing me every detail about what I needed to do on my x-rays and the CT CAT scan. To put it bluntly I am a scaredy-cat when it comes to the dentist and when I left there I felt very relaxed and secure about the procedures that are going to be done. I actually scheduled my first appointment for next Thursday morning. Entire staff makes you feel very welcome, the office is beautiful and has parking directly in front. Noel, the dog that is in the office all the time is a wonderful service dog for all of us that have anxiety about the Dentist. I had been to another dentist and am so glad that I went over to this office because Dr. Hahn actually saved a tooth that I thought had to be replaced with an implant. Thank you VIP Dental!

2019: Update. I revisited for my biannual dental hygiene check up. ALL GOOD! I am really enjoying my veneers that Dr Han did for me. What difference it makes in my confidence. I don't know why I hesitated for so long. Staff is fantastic. X-ray exam is easy with the new technology. He is just as caring. If I have one thing to add, it's Noel (his service Labradoodle) she is a plug of pure love. She laid on my lap while I was getting my teeth cleaned. I look forward to my next visit. I have had Dr Han for many years. Meticulous in his skills and gives individualized attention and thoroughly discusses the treatment options. Impressed with his cosmetic dentistry. I was planning on costly veneers until he explained the options and the reasons for his recommendations. Couldn't be happier with the result! Highly recommended. 1/13/2017: Yes. He is still my dentist. I am extremely pleased with my veneers! What a subtle way to boost your self confidence .. in a great smile. 2022: dental check twice a year. I am thankful with each visit. There is nothing like a beautiful smile that boosts your confidence. 2018: decided to get veneers 1 yr ago. They look beautiful and so natural. I went with the shade that Dr Han recommended and couldn't be happier! I smile. Smile is contagious and makes your day more brighter. It's a subtle change in "something about you" that pays back many times over. THANK YOU!!!!

Came in with my wisdom tooth hurting, Dr. Han took quick action, and removed it. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Quick and painless.

Thank you Dr. Han and your wonderful staff for making me feel better and for the beautiful job that you performed in my front teeth , your detailed work and expertise made me regained confidence ,and freed me from the pain that I had on my jaw for years. I went to 3 other dentists for TMD pain with no relief. I then found my way to Dr. Han who was kind, caring, and professional. He meticulously made a bite stabilizer for me that immediately helped with my TMD issues and headaches. His demeanor and patient-centered care convinced me I wanted to be a dentist over ten years ago. Today I went back for an adjustment on my bite stabilizer (which I've had for over ten years with no issues). Dr. Han again was so kind and such a master of his craft. As a dentist myself today it is very easy to see that Dr. Han is in a league of his own.

DO NOT LET THIS DOCTORS OFFICE SCAM YOU. They wanted to charge me $5,000 for the Tmj orthotic device plus $300 for X-rays and ultrasound. I just found an even better Dr that charges $750 for the device and $200 for X-rays and ultrasound. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERSSSSS!!!!
