I had a horrible experience with a dentist in my past so I have avoided going at all costs! Well, the time as come where I absolutely had to go and I found Dr. Kapadia. Absolute best dentist I could have found! Extremely patient and thorough with explanations! Not to mention the wonderful staff from the front desk to the assistants! Great place and I will definitely be recommending Vintage Smile Family Dentistry!

This is one Dentist not to go to if you want work done unless it is something easy he can do. I went in on May 2021 to have a new upper plate put in since I had implants already and the plate was old and broken. He talked me into 2 more implants saying I needed them and the upper plate. As of this time October 20, 2022 I do not have the new plate yet and am going without teeth. He tells me to be patient. The lab has been working on the plate for 3 months now and today he tells me it will be longer because he needs to order the parts and they are coming from Germany.I am not sure if it is because I am old (75)so he does not worry because he thinks it is ok or what. I paid him in full before the work was even done and can not afford to go to another dentist because the implants and upper plate cost a few thousand dollars. Dr. I am going without teeth for the next few weeks and it is embarrassing. You have to do something since you put me in this spot and I have no more money to pay for another dentist He apparently does not care is why I am writing this and trying to make him understand why.

Dr. Kapadia and his staff made my visit to the dentist a very positive experience. The front desk staff were amazing and the procedures I needed were fully explained. I had several things done- root canal, broken tooth repaired, filings and crowns, all done with minimum pain...Dr. Kapadia even called the next day to check on me..This is truly an ideal dentist practice! Just an overall 10/10 experience.

Vintage Smile Family is Amazing!!!!!!!!! I just moved back home to Texas. I had cracked a tooth that was already a crown and infected. I stopped by the office, and the office staff is super amazing. I was able to make an appointment within the week. I know I needed to get into the visit but also having extreme financial hard times. Dentist Dr. Kapida is very hands on every aspect , encouraging, enthusiastic, and the best dentist I ever had. He helped me apply for dental credit with one company. I was pretty sure that I wasn't going to be approved. To my surprise he has joined forces with another financial company. This company is for low credit score patients and I was approved!!!!! I was able to have the procedure and only have to pay $50/month due in 2 months. What a relief!!! This office is such a family. You can feel the positive enthusiastic energy and teamwork in the office. Thank you so much!!!! Jennifer

I went in for a cleaning. Dr Kapadia said I needed to replace a cap because it was old and would start causing issues. I agreed to have it done. 6 MONTHS LATER I still had no crown. I was left with the nerves exposed on my tooth. I called and texted many times trying to get this resolved. I had to go to another dentist and have the work finished. I requested my money back since I paid another dentist to do the work. I was only offered $800 of my money back. Dr Kapadia felt he was not responsible for not being capable of putting a cap on that fit.

Dr. Kapadia is great on a professional and personal level. He is very easy to work with and his patient's satisfaction is always his number one priority! His staff is just as friendly and personable as well. I highly recommend Dr. Kapadia for any and all of your dental needs. You won't regret it!

I was nervous to go but they made me feel like a friend/family. Everyone was friendly. And they kept up to date on everything and if any changes they let me know before. I recommend going here

First off, let me start off by saying I have been in the dental industry for over 20 years (my dad was a dentist) and not only did I work for him, but am now in the dental supply business. Customer service is always one of the most important factors for me in choosing the best dental practice. After doing much research, I found Vintage Smile Dentistry and decided to make an appointment. Everyone at the front desk was so welcoming and sweet. The office was beautiful and clean. When I met Dr Kapdia, I knew right away this was the dentist! He was amazing. He took his time listening to my concerns and what I wanted to accomplish. We came up with the best plan for me helping to keep my payments within my budget. The work that was completed was incredible. He is a perfectionist and does such beautiful work! I couldn't be happier with the results and will be referring Dr Kapadia to all of my friends and family. Also note, that after my procedure, Dr called to make sure I was doing alright and if I had any questions or concerns...that never happens. If I could give 10 + stars I would! Thank you so much Dr Kapadia for giving me back my confidence and most importantly a BEAUTIFUL SMILE AGAIN!!

First I will say the dental assistants are cool but the Dentist Dr Kapadia, I just don't get good vibe from him. He doesn't acknownlegde you until he is actually working on you but will be in the room and everything having side convos and one offs. Everytime with Billings it seems like they are trying get over, something is owed or insurance doesn't cover that. What's happening or treatment just isn't clear, until you have to pay it's just a real uneasy feeling. I don't feel Care, just seems like a money grab very shiesty but the dental assisants are cool.

Unprofessional service. The Doctor is rude and not transparent with treatment plans. Will not be coming here again as there are better Dental clinics that will be more kind and actually cares for their patient during stressful times.

This business has a Groupon for white fillings so I bought 3 of them $107 each. I currently have a treatment plan with Castle Dental through insurance so I know exactly what I need done! When I called, the lady was pleasant until I said Groupon voucher. Then I begin to get told they not accepting the vouchers, she has to contact her Corporate office. She even said that they can refuse to accept the Groupon since I have insurance. It was very misleading.

I came to Dr Kapadia for a cleaning and a crown. Him and the staff were so professional from their service to treatment. I have a lot of dental anxiety but he made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment by constantly checking up on me. He not only did an awesome job but also did an amazing work on my tooth that I came in with pain initially with! I highly recommend him to my friends and family.

Honestly the best dentist I've ever been to! The staff is very, very reassuring and informative. They are also very laid-back and fun. He worked with me on the price of all the work that I needed done. I felt extremely comfortable and confident. My pain level during procedures was almost completely nil. 10 out of 10 will recommend

I came to this office as a referral. I was quoted almost 12K for my dental treatment when I went to Mint Dentistry. Dr. Kapadia quoted me for the same thing for half the price. I am so happy that I came here. I have been very pleased with my dental treatment. The front can use a little more organization at times with scheduling appointments, but all in all, I am very pleased with the Doctor. Thank you for doing such an amazing job on my mouth Dr. Kapadia

I came in for some serious dental work, and left with a smile worth a million dollars. Dr.Kapadia took great care of me while I was in the "hot seat" getting my root canal. He made sure I wasn't in any pain and stopped working at any sign of uncomfortableness. Ignore all the negative reviews because the good folks at Vintage Smile Family Dentistry will take care of you!!! This is an honest review from a real patient!!!
