The staff and the dentist are very nice and professional. But the service they gave us isn't worth anything. Here's what happened. My wife and I had dentures made for us thru this dentist. When we finally got our dentures, after about 7 weeks of waiting, the dentures did not fit right. First thing they were to long. They went back to my throat and gagged me. My wife's was the same way. I had to literally pry the top dentures out of my wife's mouth. She went back to the dentist the next day for "adjustments". Well she had the dentures in when we came home. That night she couldn't get the top dentures out again!! I tried everything I knew of to get them out again. I had to literally pry them out, again using a butter knife. We both just threw our new dentures in the trash. They're not worth it. This dentist is who took impressions and did everything, so we hold her responsible for it. I wouldn't get any dentures from Vintage Dental. I pried them from my wife's mouth two times using a butter knife. I'll never go back there for anything!!!

The smoothest hygienist around! As well as the Doctor here gives a pain free tooth extraction! Two wisdom teeth removed in under 10 minutes and no pain.

Going to any doctors office can be a gloomy and dreadful experience. With Dr.Lebanc and her team ,they are so kind ,patient and really make the experience enjoyable.After one visit, you will not want to go any place else.I am being as truthful as anyone can be.

I truly enjoy going to visit my dentist. I feel like home, everyone is friendly and handle things very professional. It is painful when you have to get lot of work done in your mouth, but she eases the pain. I will never give up my dentist, matter of fact I made sure that she is my kids and grandkids dentist. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

So I gotta Crown put on my root canal by this dentist and they placed my Crown on wrong causing bacteria to get into my root canal. I had infection after infection which caused me to have to get a retreat done.. Total cost of root canal and retreat $6000 with insurance. My Out of pocket cost for both retreat and root canal with $3000. The dentist that I went to for the retreat told me the cause was the Crown being put on incorrectly. I got pictures pictures from when they put the Crown on and it shows they had a hairline hole where bacteria can get in. Vintage said if I brought information from the dentist proving that it was vintage dental's fault they would reimburse me. Vintage dental sent me a check for a $139 mind you I paid 1500 out of pocket for my retreat. I would be careful going to this dentist. Also I was supposed to get a call back from the dentist yesterday and she ignored me. Needless to say I'm on my way to get my money the legal way.

Dr.LeBlanc and staff were professional, attentive and my most enjoyable dentist visit ever. If your looking for new dental care I sincerely recommend Vintage Dental in Lafayette.

Although I love Dr. Leblanc, her treatment coordinator Ashley Lemoine is VERY rude! Dr. Leblanc asked me if I wanted a fluoride treatment to help with Sensitivity and I said sure well the treatment was applied by the hygienist. I was told to go to the window. I asked if they could just call me for an appointment and Ashley Opened the window and stated that I wasn't waiting for an appointment and that my total for today was $47 . when I asked her why and mentioned that I had insurance she said it was for the fluoride treatment. I told her that I wasn't informed that there was an additional cost not covered by insurance prior to applying it. she then said OK see you next time and slammed the window in my face. Unfortunately her personality overall is why I will not be returning and it's not my first time having an issue with her being rude. The only reason I have two stars is because Dr. Leblanc is nice.

If you're looking for a comfortable, clean, respectful dentist and hygienist I recommend Vintage Dental. The moment I called they were willing to see me very promptly. From then on they were very detailed about my treatment plan and willing to work with me every step of the way. 10/10 recommend.

Unfortunately one bad apple makes the business unfavorable as a whole. The patient coordinator, I was in communication with in particular, has a very bad attitude. It's a shame how insensitive and cold this employee was. Her customer service skills and personality is a horrible reflection on the practice. Nothing but good things to say about Vintage Leblanc, the actual dentist. She's patient, attentive, FRIENDLY, and approachable.

This dentist charged me for covered procedures & lied to the insurance company telling them that she had reimbursed me when she had not~! I had to enlist legal help to get that money from her~! Now I'm wondering why I had a surprise bill from her of +$500.00 in order to get the partials that they called to tell me were ready only to hit me with this surprise bill, when I went in for my appointment informing me that this bill had to be paid upfront, thereby causing to have cancel the appointment & make financial arrangements in order to get the partials that broke a total of 7 times. Why didn't her staff call me with this information before the appointment?!? When I told her the very first day that the partials did not touch properly she puts the "carbon" paper in my mouth, tells me to chew, & pronounces that they do touch. THEY DO NOT LINE UP PROPERLY & ARE POORLY MADE~!!! BECAUSE OF HER POOR QUALITY WORK I AM STUCK WITH BROKEN PARTIALS~!!! I honestly believe, in my unprofessional opinion, that she pulled teeth that should not have been pulled & left a couple of teeth that should have been pulled. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HER FOR CANINE DENTAL WORK~!!!
