Dr. Jimmer was born in Provo, UT, but shortly thereafter moved to California where he grew up. While attending Brigham Young University, he met the love of his life, April. After graduating from the Marriott School of Business Management in 2009, they moved to San Francisco to attend the University of the Pacic Dugoni School of Dentistry. In 2012, following the completion of dental school, they moved to Colorado for a 1-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency.
Dr. Jimmer and his wife, April, have three childrentwo boys and a baby girl. They enjoy doing activities as a family, especially being active and outside. He loves being a dentist and enjoys helping people. He is always trying to learn new things and improving on a daily basis. He is committed to providing the best quality of service to his patients and staying on the cutting edge of dentistry.

Dr. Jimmer is the best dentist you will find. I referred my dad to his practice and Dr. Jimmer went above and beyond for him. My dad has had a difficult time with his teeth his entire life and tonight we went out to eat, and for the first time since I can remember, he was able to eat food and chew with his new teeth. You can trust that Dr. Jimmer will be an honest and trustworthy dentist. I can't say enough good things about him. Thanks, Jimmer!!

Dr Jimmer is the best dentist I have ever been to. My daughter worked for him and referred us to him. He is the best dentist you will find! 10/10 you won't regret it! I chipped my front tooth and needed it fixed before a company retreat. Dr Jimmer stayed late on a Friday and fixed my tooth. Now I look fabulous and ready to present with a smile! Thank you so much!!!!!!

Fantastic dental office! I had a great experience. Berta the dental hygienist is amazing at her job. She was very considerate of my sensitive areas. She was also very informative about my dental health. Dr. Jimmer is an awesome dentist, very thorough and considerate. The entire staff does a great job. The office is always nice and spotless. Great job! Looking forward to my next appointment.

Vineyard Heights dental tried to upsell me on everything they possibly could. Very pushy and abrasive. I had a $1.00 mystery charge that I tried to pay but couldn't get a hold of them and the charge was sent to collections. I called them multiple times to try to resolve the issue and couldn't get a hold of them for two months. Very disappointed as they are close to my house and was looking forward to having a dentist close by.

This office is awesome. It is such a nice and clean dental office. Dr. Jimmer and the staff make you feel so comfortable. They helped me understand everything that was happening. Berta, the dental hygienist, was very gentle and thorough. It was the best cleaning I've gotten. I will be returning!

I was recommended to Dr Jimmer & his staff and very happy I chose to make him my families primary dentist. They were all very attentive, professional, and very welcoming. Bertha the hygienist was an absolute gem as well and we had a great experience w/ our cleaning. Definitely will be recommending them!

I have the WORST dentist anxiety but this office made me feel super comfortable and you can tell the staff really cares about their patients. Dr. Jimmer was the best and was super quick with my fillings! Best dental experience I've had and I definitely recommend.

I had to wait for about an hour. After all their texts calls and emails confirming I would be on time. They is no penalty tho if they are an hour late. I also told him I have sensitive nerves and asked for the maximum numbing possible. He just did one shot and kept on trucking even when I was in pain. To top it off they charged me for fluoride that wasn't covered by my insurance and didn't even bring up the fact it would be an additional charge. Not impressed by the service here. Feels like a money grab, they make sure to tell every patient about a higher grade material that will cost extra but fail to talk about add on charges and are late to appointments.

Jimmer Standring has done my dental work for a few years now. He's never botched one filling or crown, and I hate to admit I've had quite a few. He personally checks up on me each morning after any work he does. I highly recommend.

Dr Jimmer was great! I needed a cavity filled which I wasn't excited about but I got in quickly and Dr Jimmer was very gentle, I didn't feel a thing, and was out of the chair sooner than expected. The staff was friendly and helpful too. For someone who isn't fond of dentist visits this was a great experience.

Dr. Jimmer and his team at Vineyard Heights Dental are the absolute best! I came in for a long overdue cleaning and check up. Berta the hygienist was great! She was so thorough and I felt like she did such a great job cleaning my teeth! Dr. Jimmer is very personable and very knowledgeable about everything he does- he explained everything to me, and I'm so glad he uses the best and newest technology and materials available-definitely does not cut corners in his treatment! Will definitely recommend!

If you want a magical dental experience visiting this dental office is the way to go. The staff were warm and friendly and made it there job to treat me like a queen. The cleaning was thorough and my teeth felt sparkling new after I left. Dr Jimmer was kind and reassured me that my cavities weren't all my fault but pregnancy can do a number on your teeth. He helped me find ways to take extra great care of my teeth. Unfortunately I have treatment to take care of but I look forward to going there again, and having Dr. Jimmer's magic hands work in my mouth again!
