I love coming to Vineyard Family Dentistry! Myself and siblings have been coming here for a couple of years now. It's always a great experience and honest services. Dr. Hafar and Sofia both make sure that the patient is comfortable and doing good during any cleaning or procedure. Very patient and welcoming office staff. Plus they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. Highly recommend this office! Thank you

Best dental office ever. I have been coming here with my family for years. Dr. Hafar and all her amazing staff treat us like family. I have never had an issue. The front staff are always so nice and make us laugh. It truly is a blessing to have such a wonderful team Dr. Hafar. Thank you for always taking care of me and my family.

I have always struggled to find a good dentist near me and Dr. Hafar has been one of the greatest so far. I went in the office for a deep clean and let me tell you was one of the best deep cleans I have received. After the numbness wore off there was no pain at all. The next day was a normal day as when I have gone in to other offices the pain is horrible afterwards and my lips are irritated. Where with Dr. Hafar I did not get any of those discomforts. You can tell all the years of experience and knowledge she has...

Only place I can trust. When I go in everyone treats me and my family very kindly, been going here for years and will continue to do so. The Dr is so great with making sure you are comfortable and having everything taken care of. She always does whats best for her patients. Would recommend anyone looking for somewhere with great service and reliablity to come here!

I've been to several dental clinics and had never found the right one for my kids until now!! I have an autistic daughter so it's difficult to find a place where she can feel comfortable. The staff and receptionist made her feel very comfortable. They made her smile and explained what was going be done in a way she can understand. Now she doesn't mind going in to the dentist, so I will definitely recommend this clinic to all the parents who have kids who might be scared to go to the dentist they will definitely make them feel like family!!!

Decided to accompany my boyfriend on his dental visit today and I was so disappointed, I have never seen so much negligence in one visit!! First of all no one measured his bone levels, when there was radiographic bone loss and for those that are not familiar with the way dentists diagnose cleanings, periodontal charting is the only way to really diagnose the cleaning that is needed. Per the office manager when I asked why didn't anyone measure his bone levels she said they don't do measurements unless there is visual calculus and there's no reason to poke the gums if there is no buildup but there is no way to visually see build up underneath the gum line. They only did a polish and didn't scale. Dr. Hafar didn't even use an explorer for the exam she only used a mirror, she took a quick look and said "he's good" she didn't go over any findings and I don't even know how she saw anything without loupes! As dental professionals it is our job to educate the patient about their oral health and she failed to do so. I feel so bad for all the patients that are just being neglected. The number one lawsuit in dental is due to periodontal negligence because of doctors like this.

They did a fantastic job on my root canal and crowns on my front teeth they were crooked and terrible looking there straighter now than they probably have ever been color matched perfect great customer service and very nice while your getting teeth fixed no long waits either I'm not going to any other dentist it's hard to find a good dentist I would recommend this dentist to anyone and everyone!!!

Super Poor Customer Service and Management!!!! Yesterday I called and for pricing to pull a tooth out, and Elizabeth the manager was very rude, had no management or sales skills at all. Of course I decided to go somewhere else. Attitude can KILL a sale and she had that's what she had BAD attitude. :(

Been coming here for 4 years now and never had a issue until now. I ran out of money on my insurance, but wasn't informed until I got to my appointment that was made 6 months prior. So I wasted gas and time to be told in person ? There needs to be a update in there systems or somthing. About informing patients about them running out of insurance money and asking them if they would like to be scheduled the following year but it is what it is great dentist never had a issue but this was disappointing.

I have been coming here to get my teeth worked on fot a few months. they are very professional and very friendly.I highly recommend this dentist.They have great monthly plans for payments.

If youre scared of the dentist read my review! I looked high and low in the IE for an affordable, and customer service oriented dentist. I got a tooth extraction a couple weeks ago and Sophie and the girls (Including Dr Hafar) were so empathetic and helped me through one of my most nerve racking experiences Ive ever been through. They have a specialist that comes in to do the procedure and they assured me he was good. Although, he wasn't as sweet as the girls, he was patient with me through the process. Since then, Ive come in a couple times for follow ups, and I feel more confident everytime.
