Dr. Azizi was born in New Mexico, and raised in California. She attended UC Davis for her undergraduate education and earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree from UC San Francisco in 1993. In 1997, she founded Vineyard Dental. To fulfill her commitment to excellence, she employed an outstanding dental team that is equally dedicated to her vision of excellence. In 2001, she collaborated with renowned architect Farhad Ashofteh to introduce Napa's one and only dental spa.
Dr. Azizi has always kept herself at the forefront of advances in dentistry. To further her specialization in cosmetic dentistry at the highest level, she attended the prestigious 'Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry' in 2004. Dr. Azizi has also taken extensive, post-graduate training at UCLA in the field of dental sleep medicine.
She is equally committed to a healthy lifestyle. As a Certified Personal Trainer she is dedicated to wellness and fitness. While being a mother to twin boys, she works-out regularly, hikes and eats organically. She has traveled extensively and enjoys photography. She is a fan of independent movies, spa treatments, good farm-to-table restaurants and gardening.
Dr. Lam was born and raised in San Francisco. She attended UC San Diego for her undergraduate and received a B.S. Degree in Biology. From there, she obtained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco.
She is committed to giving the highest standard of care and providing a comfortable experience every time. She has dedicated herself to helping patients achieve their dental goals and maintain great oral health. In her downtime, she enjoys discovering new food dishes, playing music, and spending time with her family.
Dr. Wang was born and raised in Southern California and attended the University of California, Irvine for her undergraduate degree. Her adventurous spirit took her to New York City where she obtained her dental degree from New York University in 2009. She further trained at Montefiore Medical Center in New York City. Dr. Wang is skilled with cosmetic and restorative dentistry. She is patient, calm and gentle and believes in building a treatment plan where the patient has options to achieve their treatment goals.
Dr. Wang enjoys humanities and art and is an active member of a non-profit art, photography and poetry magazine that displays work from emerging artists and poets. With extra time, she enjoys traveling, photography, reading, jewelry making, cooking healthy meals, tea making, hiking and practicing yoga.
Dr. Tamhane is a Board Certified Specialist in Periodontics. She attended the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where she earned Deans Honors and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology. She earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). She continued her education in Periodontology at UCSF and specialized in periodontal plastic surgery, dental implants, and management of oral inflammation. At UCSF, she completed the Standard Proficiency Certification through the Institute for Advanced Laser Dentistry. She is dedicated to helping patients improve their oral health and providing the best care through evidence-based dentistry.

While the dentists and hygienist are extremely professional, the front office failed to reach out to my insurance prior to my appointment. This caused me to be overcharged by $190.00 dollars. I have never been overcharged at any dental office in Napa prior to this. I'm on a pension and it's ridiculous that I had to call and request my credit be refunded onto my card. Should have never been overcharged in first place.

After years of suffering from chronic headaches, Dr. Nancy Azizi suggested that I try using a night guard to prevent teeth grinding and jaw clenching. I wasn't sure If it would work, but wearing the night guard has changed my life! Not only do I no longer get headaches, I also sleep soundly through the night now. The process of getting the night guard was quick, painless, and only took a few days to accomplish. Thank you Vineyard Dental, especially Dr. Azizi, Reyna and Sophia.

It's a spa for your teeth! From the entrance with the inviting reception area to the friendly and caring hygienists and dentists- I've never felt so pampered. I now LOVE my dentist. I've always enjoyed having my teeth cleaned- this is one step better. All encompassing; a healing dentistry practice - highly recommended!

I have pretty severe dental phobia, and have since I was a kid. The staff here are the best I've ever found! They talk me through every step of the process, and stopped right away when I had some pain during a filling. They didn't hesitate to give me more numbing, and moved on to another tooth while they waited for the stubborn tooth to calm down. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Fabulous! Dr.Azizi and her staff are wonderful. I've had such a great experience at Vineyard Dental in my last three visits over the past month. My cleaning was perfect. The next was a Zoom whitening treatment that made my teeth beautifully white! I was told it doesn't work for everyone, so you have to go into it knowing that. I tried it anyway and got great results. Like, my teeth haven't been this white in 10-15 years and they were only sensitive for a day or two after. Totally worth it. And finally, she fixed a bunch of bonding and cosmetic work that other dentists have overlooked. Things that needed to be done and I wanted done - and at a very fair price. (I have dental insurance) I don't know about you, but I want my dentist to be a perfectionist when it comes to my smile. It's been surprisingly hard to find this, but as of today, I can confidently say I've found this in Dr. Azizi. Oh - and her staff are lovely! So helpful and happy. Professional and caring from start to finish has been my experience here. I can't stop looking at my teeth in the mirror today. Thank you, Vineyard Dental!
