Dr. Saini is a board-certified orthodontist. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Marquette University School of Dentistry, where he graduated numberone in his class. After completing dental school, he completed an orthodontic residency program at Marquette University and earned a certificate in orthodontics and a Master of Science degree. Dr. Saini also earned a dental degree (Bachelor of Dental Surgery), completed a one-year general practice residency, and servedin private practice as a general dentist before moving to the United States.
Dr. Saini has won numerous awards and honors during his dental and orthodontic career. He has beeninducted into many honorary organizations, including Alpha Omega, an International Dental Fraternity Award, for graduating firstin his class; Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU), a National Dental Honor Society; and Alpha Sigma Nu, a National Jesuit Honor society at Marquette University. He also received an award from the American Association of Orthodontists for exceptional interest in the development of the orofacial complex.
Dr. Saini is a clinical assistant professor at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry department of orthodontics. He is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Maryland State Society of Orthodontics, American Board of Orthodontics, Maryland Dental Association, and American Dental Association. He is also a fellow in the College of Diplomates of the American Board of Orthodontics.
Dr. Saini is married to Sonia, his wife of 25years. They have two sons, Sumeet and Puneet. In his spare time, he enjoys keeping fit by running (he is a member of the Montgomery County Road Runners Club) and working outearly every morning. He is an avid fan of the Marquette University Golden Eagles basketball team and Green Bay Packers!
Dr. Saini is a board-certified orthodontist. He was recognized by the American Board of Orthodontics and the Mid-Atlantic Association of Orthodontists for the outstanding success of his treated patient cases, and currently teaches at the University of Maryland orthodontic residency (postdoctoral) program.

My dentist office originally recommended Dr. Saini and his team to help fix my bite issues. I'm 34 years old and knew absolutely nothing about braces or what I would need to have done. From the first consultation to having my braces removed this morning, the team there took care of me like I was family. My appointments were always on time and I looked forward to seeing and chatting with the group while they did my adjustments. If you or someone you know is in need or orthodontal work - have Dr. Saini do it. I can't point to anything I would change about the experience.

Dr. Saini took a chance on a 58 year old person. Two years later, the braces are off and I couldn't be happier. The office staff are wonderful and took the time to answer any of my questions. 100% happy.

I highly recommend! From the moment you walk through the door, you are treated as family. Dr. Saini is a master of his craft. A perfectionist. I was told by other doctors in order to correct my bite, I would need to break my jaw. Dr. Saini achieved remarkable results with braces and bands alone. He and his staff were kind, caring, and patient with me every step of the way. I could not be more pleased with my experience!

Cannot say enough great things about Dr. Saini and his staff. Dr. Saini has great attention to detail, and wasn't satisfied until both of my girls' teeth were perfect! The front office staff are so friendly and accommodating. We are really glad we chose this practice for our girls!

My daughter underwent phase 1 and 2 treatment for her braces with Dr Saini. Before the treatment, her mouth was very crowded and Dr Saini had the ambitious plan to make enough room in her mouth without requiring extractions. The results are incredible and I'm so grateful we went with him. But the result wasn't the only thing that stood out. At every visit, he was very attentive with her while there were multiple patients to tend to and was also very timely. The dynamic between himself and the staff was harmonious, professional, and light-hearted. His staff was also amazing and friendly. It was always a pleasure to go to the appts and my daughter being as shy as she is, never dreaded a single one. My son is also in the middle of his treatments with Dr Saini. We never considered going elsewhere due to our daughters experience.

This orthodontics is the best in the nation! The super helpful staff and the amazing Dr. Saini brings a smile to my face. They are all kind, funny, and intelligent. I did my braces at the Clarksburg location and I loved coming to every single appointment because of the positive environment Dr. Saini and his staff had created. Not only was the positive environment so appealing, the staff and Dr. Saini's knowledge of the area ensures you feel like you are at the right place. You may think I am exaggerating or something but I am not. This is the best and the most fun place to go when you need aid in orthodontics. I totally recommend this to anyone who needs help in orthodontics.

My son and I had excellent experiences with Dr. Saini and his staff. The treatment plans were thorough, scheduling was easy, and the results were wonderful for both of us. I can't say enough about the professional service for my son and me. Oh, and you really do need to wear the elastics.

I cannot recommend Dr. Saini enough. My daughter just completed her treatment and we were pleased with everything from start to finish. The office is beautiful, the staff is professional and helpful, Dr. Saini is extremely knowledgeable and we are so pleased with the results. The treatment plan was competitively priced and was worth every penny we spent! Using our insurance benefits was no issue with help from the office staff. Scheduling appointments was easy and during COVID we felt extremely safe coming to the office. Sarah has just finished her bracing with Dr. Saini today after about one and a half year of treatment. The result is phenomenal. It is worth it! Michelle my youngest daughter also finished her underbite treatment from Dr. Saini while ago. And that result was also phenomenal. Dr. Saini is a knowledgeable and caring orthodontics. I am impressed with his simple yet thorough treatment plan and his exceptional staff. I am bringing in my second daughter Madison for bracing very soon. As an adult, deciding to get braces can be daunting. Wearing and maintaining them is challenging to say the least. I'd been to see Dr. Saini years before I finally decided to move ahead with treatment. I can say that I wished I had done this sooner. Despite the challenges of the current pandemic, Dr. Saini and his able-bodied staff manage to maintain a safe and pleasant environment. Yes, I said pleasant. I can't say enough about this positive and knowledgeable staff. Whether you're considering braces for your child or for yourself, give these folks a chance. Having this new healthy smile is fabulous even if I must hide it behind my mask!
