Dr. Saini is a board-certified orthodontist. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Marquette University School of Dentistry, where he graduated numberone in his class. After completing dental school, he completed an orthodontic residency program at Marquette University and earned a certificate in orthodontics and a Master of Science degree. Dr. Saini also earned a dental degree (Bachelor of Dental Surgery), completed a one-year general practice residency, and servedin private practice as a general dentist before moving to the United States.
Dr. Saini has won numerous awards and honors during his dental and orthodontic career. He has beeninducted into many honorary organizations, including Alpha Omega, an International Dental Fraternity Award, for graduating firstin his class; Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU), a National Dental Honor Society; and Alpha Sigma Nu, a National Jesuit Honor society at Marquette University. He also received an award from the American Association of Orthodontists for exceptional interest in the development of the orofacial complex.
Dr. Saini is a clinical assistant professor at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry department of orthodontics. He is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Maryland State Society of Orthodontics, American Board of Orthodontics, Maryland Dental Association, and American Dental Association. He is also a fellow in the College of Diplomates of the American Board of Orthodontics.
Dr. Saini is married to Sonia, his wife of 25years. They have two sons, Sumeet and Puneet. In his spare time, he enjoys keeping fit by running (he is a member of the Montgomery County Road Runners Club) and working outearly every morning. He is an avid fan of the Marquette University Golden Eagles basketball team and Green Bay Packers!
Dr. Saini is a board-certified orthodontist. He was recognized by the American Board of Orthodontics and the Mid-Atlantic Association of Orthodontists for the outstanding success of his treated patient cases, and currently teaches at the University of Maryland orthodontic residency (postdoctoral) program.

Dr. Saini and his staff are amazing! I went in with the bar set pretty high. At the time my treatment started I was just about to turn 50. I wanted straight teeth for my daughter's wedding, and today, my braces came off with three weeks to spare. Dr. Saini is wonderful! I encourage anyone that is debating treatment to go in and just have a consultation. Don't let fear, age or budget hold you back. Dr. Saini and his staff will take really good care of you!! I am amazed at my results and I am truly grateful.

wish i could give it 10 stars!! the staff there is so nice and caring. dr saini always makes me laugh and tells the funniest stories :) the atmosphere is very welcoming. they do their best to try and make this anxious experience very comforting and easy. the staff also is very good at communicating and giving good details about your treatment.

This practice is wonderful - Dr. Saini is so funny, friendly, and caring. He corrected my daughter's severe overjet and gaps. Her smile is beautiful now! The staff are so professional and courteous. They also work with you on a payment plan, which helps make an expensive process affordable. I highly recommend this practice and am so grateful my daughters are patients there.

I've been going to Dr. Saini since I was twelve years old and my experience with Dr. Saini and his staff has been nothing short of amazing. I am now almost seventeen and have the perfect smile thanks to all of the hard work they've put in over the years. Even though surgery was almost the only option for my teeth, Dr. Saini was able to get me my perfect bite and teeth without any surgical processes. Never thought I'd have the smile I do now. Dr. Saini and his staff do amazing work! Thank you so much :)

I would highly recommend Viney P Saini Orthodontics. Over the past year, my 9 year old son has experienced the best care for his mouth. The staff is great and Dr Saini is amazing. My son's mouth has made tremendous improvement. During the Pandemic, the entire staff did an excellent job as well considering all the covid protocols. Finally, I very happy with Viney P Saini Orthodontics. If you looking for an elite place, with 5 Star service, and very friendly staff, then Saini Orthodontics is the place for you.

Wonderful practice and staff. Both my girls needed braces. Dr. Saini and the staff were very patient and explained every step of the process to all of us. If the girls followed their guidance they would meet their projected timeline for wearing their braces. They were right and even ahead of schedule! The office manager even carefully explained financing options to me so we could get the best deal with the insurance plan we had. They helped promote and reinforce good oral hygiene habits taught by our dentist. We are very pleased with the quality of care and service we received. We highly recommend Dr. Saini and his very capable team and appreciate his support of local youth sports!

For some reason I am always looking forward to visit this place. The friendly staff and awesome Dr Saini. He explains things to you and makes sure you understand what he is doing. He talks to your child like his. Oh I am impressed. I am happy I made them my choice. I recommend to all Clarksburg residents

Dr. Saini and his staff are the best!! Every visit has been a positive experience. Dr. Saini and his staff are all friendly. Dr. Saini thoroughly explained the options and let me have input into the chosen treatment. Scheduling appointments has been easy. When my son "forgot" to wear his rubber bands they didn't make him feel bad, rather they explained that he could get his braces off sooner if he wore them. My son and my daughter both have beautiful smiles now. I highly recommend Dr. Saini!!

My experience with Dr Saini and his staff was fantastic! Every employee that I encountered was very kind and always smiling. I have anxiety but from the moment I had my consultation until the day I had my braces taken off I was always made to feel at ease, had every question answered and never felt rushed. I'm not a common case because my braces were on for 10 months, but my teeth are perfect! I had to wait until I was an adult to get braces, but it was worth the wait. If my kids need braces I will definitely have them go to Dr Saini Orthodontics.

Excellent! Dr. Saini was originally recommended to us by Damascus Dental and we've had a flawless experience over 8 years. This involved our 2 children's different phases of ortho treatments. Dr. Saini always spends time with you discussing options and has the highest standards of perfection. Scheduling is easy and the entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. We were really reassured this past year with the vigilance and safe practices demonstrated in regards to Covid safety. update; a year later, I just got my braces off and they look fantastic. I went to this place because of my dentist recommended it and now I know why. The staff are all kind and very friendly. My daughter is also going here and her teeth are looking great.
