My husband Tom C., had an appointment today to have a tooth pulled. Of course, the tooth gave Dr. Caprice a hard time, but the results are perfect! No pain or anxiety! This is his second visit to the office, which is 50 minutes from home, but well worth the trip. He and his staff are compassionate, relaxed, and attentive!

Receptionist was nice. The Dr was awesome 100% recommended tooth extraction was painless even the needles weren't bad.

I would love to leave a five star review but I can't, the doctors here are amazing but Lourdes one of the woman who work at the front desk is the most unprofessional woman that I have ever saw on my life the first time I went to this office she looked at me in a very bad way and then the way she talk to me was worse even the facial expressions. I went there for a second time and she did the same I don't know what's wrong with her. She should not be working at front desk she's not good for customer service.

I had to have 3 wisdom teeth removed and not a fan of dentist. Dr Infranco explained every step by step of my procedure. It's not just his craft, he cares about the health of his patients. He's understanding and patient, and his hands are warm and soft lol not cold and rough. He also has a great staff. I HIGHLY! Recommend.

Great experience I had n infection in my tooth n they did what they where suppose to with in two weeks have gotten all four of my wisdom teeth pulled out less then 45 mins didn't feel a thing

Everyone was friendly and professional, allowing me to relax for my appointment to extract a broken tooth from...eating an apple! Dr. Infranco greeted me with a smile, saying "I'm going to treat you like family, call me Len." He explained everything he was doing before and during the procedure, showing confidence and relaxing me. I told him, "I just met you five minutes ago but I'm going to tell my entire family to come to you." Now, I'll tell you... If you need a dental surgeon, you can't go wrong going to The Vineland Oral Surgeon Group!

I had my number 18 tooth extracted,very organized office staff and doctors..i had dr palma.he is very nice and gives you a total understanding whats going on each step of the way from consultation to extraction. I definitely recommend this place

My experience at Vineland OMS was top notch. From front desk, to assisting staff & Dr. Caprice, everyone made my visit as smooth & efficient as possible. Dr. Caprice has treated my mother as well , & I could not ask for a kinder touch. I highly recommend this office , they are very pleasant & professional. Thank you all for jobs Very Well Done.!!

First and foremost, I have the worst anxiety in history. When I found out I needed my wisdom teeth removed I was super panicked and couldn't eat or sleep because of the thought of surgery. Came to this place yesterday, was set up with local anesthesia and IV sedation, and the procedure was over in 10 minutes. It was a quick numbing, cutting out the tooth, and sewing and I was done. I was worried for nothing!!! This office is AMAZING and they're so kind and talk to you before or during the procedure (granted you're awake with IV sedation) and they really eased my nerves. The anxiety hurt more than the actually recovery process . All in all, I'm very pleased with this place and so far I've had very minimal pain in recovery. Shoutout to Dr. Palma and the nurses who kept me calm throughout this procedure!!!

All the staff here is great the girls at the front desk are very nice and will help you in anyway they can same thing for the staff at the upper deerfield office, the oral surgeon doctor len is an awesome doctor and makes you feel comfortable for surgery really recommend this place!

Called for emergency tooth extraction the day before going to Punta Cana. Staff was very helpful. Called at 730 am and how tooth out by 915 am. Dr Palma and his staff are great and I really appreciate their work allowing me to enjoy my trip!! Txs. Bottle of Punta Cana rum heading your way!

Stay away from this place! They lied to my husband. Said he couldn't be seen for 3 week despite his broken tooth and severe pain. He drove an hour to be here and they said because his referral and plan wasn't put in the chart, they couldn't do anything. Even though the rude reception said they would get it. When I called and spoke to the office manager she said and I quote "the doctors don't like to stand around and wait for paperwork" but it's okay for a patient to drive an hour and be refused service. The office manager then placed me on hold and said the doctor said we have to be seen in "our own county". Apparently this office can't see you if you don't live in Cumberland county and the doctor doesn't know the referring doctor. Complete garbage and totally unprofessional. They've been reported to the medical board. Stay away!

TLDR; pulled 2 wisdom teeth for me, no swelling, no pain, Dr. Palma was amazing. Along with the rest of the staff. I rarely ever write reviews, but this was needed. I needed 2 wisdom teeth pulled out, 1 had gotten infected last month. After going through my dentist for a referral, I was recommended to Vineland Oral surgeons. My scheduled date was a couple weeks out, and when pain returned this past weekend I was able to get my appointment moved up to a few days out. I woke up one morning and the pain was so bad, they took me in immediately. Surgery lasted all of 20 or 30 minutes, today is the day after my surgery. I face never swelled, there is no pain, I sometimes forget I even have 2 holes in my gum line right now. Dr. Palma is a master at what he does.

Probably one of the best dental experiences I have ever had & that is huge considering I FEAR dental work! The staff was so accommodating and got me in as soon as possible compared to other offices that had a month or greater wait time. Dr Ianfranco was AMAZING and so was his staff! I wish they did standard dental care because I would switch my family over instantly. Thank you for an awesome experience & lots of laughs!

A week ago, I visited this facility for a wisdom tooth extraction and I just wanted to write this review to thank the staff for their meticulous service. The receptionist were very helpful with accommodating me into the schedule, and Dr. Leonard Infranco was extremely helpful at reassuring me the procedure would go smoothly - which it did. He is the absolute best.

Overall the doctors are amazing! They addressed my problems right away and I was alleviated of all pain from the procedure. However I will not be coming back due to the front staff being terrible. Michelle literally made me feel so incompetent for my appointment. She created a very hostile environment and was on the verge of tears speaking with her. It it wasn't for the ease of the doctors I would not know what I'd do, but she has made me have the worst and most un pleasant doctor experience ever. People like that ruin good businesses.
