Horrible experience! My mom was there for a deep clean, which she needed anesthesia for, the anesthesia didn't seem to help and she could still feel pain. After letting the hygienist know multiple times that it was hurting her the hygienist told her she was crazy! My mom sat through the whole process in pain. I usually come with her to her appointment because she does not speak fluent English and the one day I am not there with her they completely neglected her. They should be shamed ! I believe the hygienist name was Sandy. I personally called the front desk to ask who serviced her.

Dr Kong is amazing. You can tell she is very skilled and precise as she works efficiently and with precision. I had a filling done and it was a perfect fit after the first application. She barely had to do anything after the bonding. The front desk girls are very nice and pleasant as well. Overall A+ experience

Normally I wouldn't rate but Iv been with the this company for a few years now and although they use to be a great company they have not impressed me in the last year or so. Making an appointment is impossible with out their being a "full staff" I have called numerous times to make an appt and I get the response with "we are not fully staffed" at the time. Also when you make an appt just know you will be there for more than a hour after that.

Be very cautious about this place, even if it's the only close place that's covered by your insurance. This facility will do work on you until they deplete your coverage but never actually finish the job. They did root canal and only put in a small amount of temporary filling and told me they couldn't do anything else until my insurance starts a new year as they had used up all the coverage. They said I would have to pay out of pocket for the filling as the filling isn't part of the work they did. I had to go out and buy temporary filling to fill the holes they left from an incomplete job.

This office is always patient and caring when doing dental work. Dr Kong is wonderful and makes me feel at ease even when I have a phobia of needles. I take my entire family there. The best part is that their prices are reasonable!

I was scared of the dentist after a bad experience as a child then I found this place I have been going to this dentist for over 8 years (my teeth are bad ) and had many teeth worked on and I've never had a bad experience with the dentist here

Dr. Kong knocks it out of the park on so many levels! She is efficient with her work, and still makes the time to show you she cares. She fixed all my cavities in one sitting and I haven't had any issues since. She saved me from a route canal! Basically, if you're scared of the dentist, have more dental issues than you can bare to face, or just want a friendly attentive dentist-look no further.

Waited for 3 hours for one tooth extraction. Unacceptable!

Horrible service. I was told I had 4 cavities that needed fillings. Was numbed for 2 fillings and left in the back for an hour and a half. I left numb and all without any fillings. Went to another dentist and found out I had absolutely NO CAVITIES and needed no fillings. Only God knows how many other people they're just trying to get money from.

Horrible experience. My daughter went there because with tooth pain. The dentist put 2 needles to pull the tooth and after they seen she was crying because of three pain she was in, she sent her home with ibuprohen like that was going to relieve three pain. She cried for hours. I called them to see if they crank give her anything stronger and they refused. They really don't need to be in business.

Awful. Dentist are rude, unprofessional, and the patient rooms are not very clean. Would not recommend this office or any of the dentist.

You know the saying -- if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. The only thing I'll say is if I could leave 0 stars I would!!!!!!

My experience with the Dr who did my crown was awful! She may be a good Dr but on the day I was there, not so much. She cut the hell out of the inside of my lip and I let her know, and she ignored me! Then one of the assistants did the molding and fitted me for the crown. The short end is that I am at home now holding the crown in my hand! I have been in pain and this crown has been coming out of place since I left there! So, I definitely won't have her complete this process, I'll request a different Dr. (Oh, this is a holiday weekend)

For the better part of my life I was unable to comfortably smile, not no more! Now I smile with pride and confidence. Dr. Z was the surgeon whom removed my teeth and I couldn't have been more fortunate. She was quick but gentle in the process. I had to have all my tops removed and 1/2 the bottoms. The process took close to 2 hours. The following procedures were in 2 week intervals, 4 more visits in total. The wait was well worth it though, in the end I was fitted with a set of comfortable dentures and forever given back my smile. Thank You All!
