Dr.Vella is an amazing Dentist. With a wonderful bedside manner, he is compassionate, caring, has a great personality and has strong work ethics. He takes his dentistry seriously and provides the BEST OF THE BEST for his patients. And to top it off, he has an excellent staff of hygienists and secretaries. You will not leave that office unhappy. Even though he does not accept my insurance, I still go to Dr. Vella because I know Im getting the Best. So, my family and I are willing to pay.
Dr. Vella is awesome. His staff is also wonderful. I had to have a crown pulled. I didn't feel a thing. Dr. Vella kept asking me if I was doing okay through the whole process. He's very caring. I would recommend him to everyone. It really was such a pleasant experience. And he called me that evening to see how I was doing. Again Dr. Vella and his staff are awesome.
As a prior military veteran, I have never had a good experience with any Dentist. Since I started visiting Dr. Vella, I have had nothing but great experiences. Both Dr. Vella and his staff go above and beyond to take care of his patients. He is up front in telling what procedures he will be preforming. As a patient I like the fact he is ' A Down to Earth ' type of Dentist. I would recommend ( which I already have ) to anybody and everyone.Five stars to Dr. Vella and his Staff.
I was always afraid of going to the dentist, until I met with Dr Vella. This gentleman of a doctor made me feel so comfortable he is a compassionate, caring man and does outstanding work. I needed allot of work done and Dr Vella walked me through each step thoroughly and with much care. He is the most professional man (dentist) I have ever met and knows it all when it comes to teeth. I can't thank him enough for the care and constant care he has shown throughout surgery and much other work he has done. He has changed my life by fixing my teeth. I would recommend this dentist to anyone who has a fear of dentists. Dr Vella is gentle and always made sure I was comfortable. I want to thank him for all he has done and changing my life. I have been a patient here since 2000. I truly love this dental practice and you will also! Dr. Vincent Vella is a wonderful compassionate person. Always makes sure you are not in pain ever. Picks the procedure he feels will benefit you most. You are not just another patient here. The whole office staff is friendly and treats each person like family. Always brought my children with me since they were born. I felt if my kids saw me getting dental work, it would take away any 'fear'. Both are teenagers now. Getting teeth cleaned by Joni since they were 3yrs. Joni is Magnificent. Office always has the most updated medical equipment. I 'm grateful for everything Dr. Vella has done for our family. I refer people who need a dentist to this practice and our teens refer their classmates!
Dr. Vincent Vella is a native of Charleroi, Belgium who came to the United States and set up residency in Rochester in 1969. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry and biology, summa cum laude from St. John Fisher College and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Buffalo Dental School.
Since that time, Dr. Vella has continued his education to include Certificates in Oral Implantology, Wilckodontics, licenses in Oral Sedation and IV Sedation, fellowship with the International Congress of Oral Implantology and is a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology. As a fellow with the American Academy of Implant Dentistry Dr. Vella is recognized as an implant specialist.
Continuing education is one of Dr. Vellas biggest passions. In order to maintain the highest quality of care for his patients, he attends numerous continuing education programs throughout the year. He was recently recognized for achieving 2500 + hours in continuing education by the 7th District Dental Society.
Dr. David Attardi started his career as a Pharmacy student in the school of Medicinal Chemistry at SUNY Buffalo. He studied Molecular Chemistry and Chemotherapy research in his undergraduate program and graduated in 1986 with his Bachelor of Science in Medicinal Chemistry.
Dr. Attardi then studied General Dentistry at The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and participated in an Oral Surgery Externship in his Junior year. He had an active research grant with posterior composites and dental material composition. He completed his studies in 1990 after extra courses in Endodontics, Oral Surgery and Prosthodontics in 1990.
Dr. Attardi entered private practice in Kearny, New Jersey, Upper Montclair New Jersey as well as Bayonne New Jersey and participated on the Head and Neck Tumor Board . He was an active member of the Apollonia Society of New Jersey, The Fauchard Dental Society, The American Dental Association, The Academy of General Dentistry, The Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry as well as local study clubs and Hudson County Dental Society.
