Dr. Chen's office is a great place for dental work. Staff is always friendly, fast and efficient. This office provides all services from cleaning to orthodontic treatment. This is one dentist office I've enjoyed visiting. Thank you for your essential service Dr. Chen and Team!

Went to get a root canal done with Vincent Chen, DDS. When I went to get the crown put on after the root canal, I shared that I still felt pain on the tooth. They said it's 'normal'. FYI, it is not normal because the root canal is killing the nerves of that tooth. When I explained it still hurt, they ignored me and went onto doing the crown. Once they placed in the crown, I felt the crown's sharp corner still sticking up above the gums. The next day, I called and left a message about this. No response. I sent them an email, no response. 6 months down the road, I called them to let them know my tooth still hurt. They said they would get back to me but never did. I would not recommend this guy if you need major teeth work. They will ghost you when they screw up. You'll have to pay twice the amount for a root canal, because now I have to see another dentist to have them fix Vincent's terrible job on the root canal. Point: they will not listen to their clients and they will ghost you if the make a mistake.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Chen for about 9 years. He's consistently the best. His staff, especially Yolanda and Vanessa, are amazing as well.

I have been going to Dr. Chen's practice for almost 4 years now and I really love it. The office is very clean and modern, and all of the staff members are very friendly. I have had issues with dentists in the past trying to add on treatments that were not necessary and I have never had that experience here. Dr. Chen and Maria the hygienist are always very honest and professional. I highly recommend this practice.

When it comes to going to the dentist I'm the biggest baby there is and I've had bad experiences before. I had several procedures done at Dr.Chen's office and he and his team were professional, kind, and thorough. I couldn't be happier with my dental work and I'm not as afraid. He gave me my smile back and I can't thank him enough!

Dr. Chen and his staff are amazing! I initially saw Dr. Chen for a consult to remove my permanent bonded retainers and have not stopped going back for my dental needs. Dr. Chen and his staff are professional, yet, friendly, compassionate and have gentle hands when working on your teeth. Not only that, but he is an extremely skilled and knowledgeable dentist. He's always happy to share his expertise when asked and does a tremendously thorough job to ensure that he's providing his patients with the best care possible. He refused to cement my crown because the color did not match my natural teeth (even though I said I was okay with it). Instead he sent the crown back to have a new one made. Patients are usually the ones that have to advocate for themselves, but not with this practice. Here, Dr. Chen and his staff do the advocating for you. So, if you want a honest dentist who takes pride in his work and confidence that you're getting the best service there is, then this office is for you. Plus, the office is always calm and clean. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My finance started with them first and suggested Dr.Chen to me over 4 years ago. I love them, great staff, very helpful and friendly. I need a lot of work done and felt like I could never get the smile that I use to have. I felt hopeless until going to Dr.Chen's now I smile confidently. They work with you and your insurance to give you the best smile and dental health possible. Thank you DR.Chen and STAFF!!!!!

My fiance was going to here first and introduced me to Dr.Chen and is amazing staff. I didn't want to smile anymore because my teeth were so bad; it had been about 9 years since I went to a dentist to get anything other than a tooth pulled. I needed a lot of work done in order to smile again It's been almost 4 years since than. They work with you and your insurance to help you be a healthier and happier you. Thank you all for the great work you do, it means a lot to me!

If Dr. Chen's office was a restaurant, it would have 5 Michelin stars. Dr. Chen's office is the French Laundry of dental offices. From the moment you walk into the office, the staff greet you with a warm smile and a friendly welcome. After you're escorted into your exam room, one of their stunning dental technicians will take charge of your hygiene and polish your teeth to a high shine. Dr. Chen then conducts his exam with the attention to detail that you would expect (but seldom see) of all dentists. Why Dr. Chen over other dentists? Well, why would you drive a Toyota when you can drive a Bentley? Give your teeth the service that they deserve.
