Dropped my insurance .... day of appointment saying "dentist can't show up today" Yes the day of appointment !!! Call back WEEEEKS later to reschedule to be told by the SAME LADY that the dentist never 'not showed up' they stop carrying my insurance , failing to realize, the lying sack told me weeks prior a different story , lol. Every since dr smith passed the practice is strictly chasing funds ! Screw this place and the lack of compassion for it's devoted and loyal customers. However, Hagerstown SMILE is awesome , little more money but hey get what you pay for !!!!!

Always feel at ease, no fears! Everyone very friendly! Go every 3 months to have teeth clean.

I went in for the regular teeth cleaning and the Dr. Reiz found a cracked area at the front of my teeth. He fixed it without novacain AND WITHOUT PAIN. I would recommend him to Everyone!

I am Lauren Britner's cousin. She's a dental assistant that works their. She's wonderful which is why I was going to pay out of pocket for this cavity fill. They once accepted my insurance. Then I made an appointment and called to cancel it because they no longer accepted my insurance. They told me to wait until I got a call from them because they were waiting for Maryland physicians care to be accepted. They called me but I didn't have money to cover the half of it. So I finally called back and they're saying they sent me a DISMISSAL LETTER?! That I never even received!!!! Excuse me but you kept canceling on me and she's saying there's nothing they can do about it?! IT WAS YOUR FAULT! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! 0 stars if I could! The only amazing person that works in their is my cousin. I hope she finds a more established caring dental place to work for.

Staff is friendly and courtesy. Every step is explained before commencement of treatment Temperature in the office is comfortable I love it there.

The staff is wonderful.. very warm and friendly atmosphere... rustic feel with country barn scents put you to ease as you see the dentist. Dr Vincent did a wonderful job with my son, who was deathly afraid of getting a filling, but not after we entered the office and met the staff. Only place I found that takes my insurance that got my son in immediately the next day because nobody else had appointments for months even though he was in pain. We came got the exam, and scheduled the appointment for not only the filling but a cleaning before also as soon as the next day. I will be staying here and bringing the whole family in to be patients. Thank you all dr Vincent and staff. You all are very warm and welcoming.

Dr. Reiz is the best dentist I've ever been too, his staff including the front desk (Kayla) are so knowledgeable and helpful, you can clearly see that they really do care for their patients. I have been coming here for about 3-4 years and had to switch dentists due to insurance, but I couldn't be happier that I'm back. I had a crown put on yesterday and I was very nervous, but Dr. Reiz had me in and out in 30 minutes. He is punctual, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I am no longer afraid of the dentist! Thank you all for everything you do, you guys are the best.

Dr. Reiz is awesome!! They make you feel relaxed the whole time. I used to dislike the dentist, now I look forward to the next appointment.

The best dentist ever. NO pain. I was so scared when I got there. They were so gentle. It was great and how many people can say that about a dentist visit...I can!!!!!

When I was young, I had a horrible experience with a dentist. In turn, I have horrible anxiety and dread going to the dentist. I have put going to the dentist off for a long time, but knew I needed a good bit of work done. I went in for my first appointment, scared and terrified. The staff and Doctor Reiz were absolutely amazing! They calmed my fears and I felt relaxed and that I could trust them. So I scheduled all the appointments necessary to complete my care plan. I went in for phase 1 yesterday a nervous wreck...honestly, I almost cancelled but didn't because of how amazing they were the first visit. Phase 1 is now complete and I'm actually looking forward to going back to complete my care plan. I highly recommend this practice!!! Thank you Dr. Reiz and to the awesome staff!!!

This is one of the best dentist offices ever. They are prompt on everything and so very friendly. They are willing to help you even if your not the patient at the visit at that time. My husband was there for an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in for an X-ray as well without an appointment. Thanks for being such a great and friendly atmosphere.

I have to say that this dentistry practice is absolutely delightful! Without any doubt it is the best one I have ever visited. Dr. Ira Reiz and Melinda, their hygienist, as well as their receptionist and x-ray tech. were all very welcoming, warm, personable, and professional. It seems they have a natural knack for putting their patients at ease, as they did me. At every step they explained what they were doing and why. Melinda is absolutely a top-notch hygienist. There is not enough that can be said about her. Dr. Reiz's jovial personality is sure to relieve any pent-up anxiety a patient may have. They both have an excellent bedside manner and were a godsend to me. Bottom line? They all care and take pride in their work. It was very refreshing. This practice hit the jackpot when they got Dr. Reiz and they truly are the jewel of all dentistry practices in Washington County. I could go on and on, but I'll end by saying that I never really liked going to the dentist. However, they made me want to come back. They're what you would think any medical practice should be. I highly recommend them and believe you would not be disappointed.
