Dr. Mannino earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate and former faculty member of the Universitys School of Dental Medicine. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the A.V. Purinton Academy and the Academy of Stomatology. He is a member of the Montgomery-Bucks Dental Association and has served on its board of directors.
In recognition of his continuing education achievements, Dr. Mannino was awarded a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry and is an alumnus of the Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education. He was featured in a Benco Dental publication cover story as one of the early users of digital radiography in 2002. Dr. Mannino is also an Invisalign Orthodontic Preferred Provider.
We believe a full understanding of a patients needs, based on a complete medical and dental history, leads to proper treatment recommendations. Diagnostic procedures include x-rays, diagnostic photographs, oral cancer screening, a TMJ evaluation, and a complete periodontal examination. Treatment alternatives can be discussed enabling the patient to decide which approach best suits their needs.
Healthy gums are the foundation of a healthy mouth. For this reason, no restorative treatment will be performed before a thorough scaling and polishing is performed. To maintain a high level of health, regular checkups and cleanings are essential.
We utilize the most up-to-date sterilization equipment and techniques. All instruments are sterilized before each patient visit. All surfaces in the treatment rooms are disinfected with a hospital level disinfectant.

Great cleaning by Linda and thorough check-up by Dr. Mannino. One suggestion; there is a cancer screening tool, a light that is put in the mouth to detect any cancer. That would be a good improvement over just a visual check up. Thanks
