Definitely went all out to provide me with the facts about my tooth problem. Pulled out the tooth and 2 roots that were left over from a previous extraction. (Another dentist) Very little pain and is healing nicely. Even called to see if everything was okay. Great customer service.

Dr. Giaimo and staff are absolutely wonderful, they have helped me in a pinch . They go above and beyond and my children do not mind going to the dentist thats says alot.

Dr Vincent does a very thorough examination, he's very attentive to his patients, he goes over everything more than once just so you understand, and you can tell he cares about the work that he does. His dental assistant, was very thorough and helpful. and I could tell she has a lot of patience with children.

Absolutely terrible! Waited 50 minutes in the waiting room to be called in, I finally gave up and waited another ten minutes at the window to reschedule even yelling "hello" in the back. Finally someone came out and said "sorry we don't have an receptionist." Terrible way to run a business!!

I am a new patient with Dr Giamo and I am so happy that I am, Dr Giamo gave me a great exam and estimate ( better than I have had in years)!! He and his staff are professional but personable, I look forward to my next visit!
