Vincent E. Biank, DDS attended grammar school and high school in the Chicago area. He then went on to attend the University of Illinois - Chicago. He entered Loyola University Dental School in 1970 and Graduated with Special Honors in 1974. He has been at his Oak Lawn location since 1978. He moved into the current location in 1986. Currently Dr. Biank is a member of the Chicago Dental Society, Illinois Dental Society, American Dental Association, American Association of Dental Anesthesiology-.Dr. Biank is a licensed dentist in the State of Illinois. He holds a certificate of Orthodontics from the United States Dental Institute, completing a five year program in Orthodontics. Dr. Biank is also certified in Invisalign, a form of invisible braces.
Dr. Biank has been married for 50 years to his wife Nancee, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Together they have valued care giving in the health professions. They have two married sons, Vincent F. Biank, a Pediatric Gastroenterologist and Ross Biank, a Psychologist and Public Policy Graduate at the University of Chicago. They both enjoy spending time with the grandchildren.
Karen Platt, RDH, has been a member of the staff for many years. She graduated from Prairie State College as a Dental Hygienist in 2002. Prior to this she was a dental assistant for several years. Karen has proven her expertise in periodontal care. She has helped many patients recognize the importance of good dental health by her ability to communicate and educate in a caring and professional manner.
Our Front Desk Personnel : Karen Huffman and Shelly Hanacek. Both have been with Dr. Biank for over ten years. They have many years of experience working with insurance companies and finding out your eligibility. They are familiar with all procedures and treat all patients courteously and professionally. Karen and Shelly go out of their way to accommodate and comfort your concerns.

Dr. Biank and staff got me in quickly when a tooth partially broke. He was even able to save the rest of the tooth instead of immediately suggesting a crown. I have always been pleased with the level of service provided,

I highly recommend this dentist based on personal experience. This has been my dental office for nearly 5 years. I first arrived needing significant procedure (root canal), and have never experienced pain with it, neither during nor after the procedure.. I appreciate that Dr. Biank and his entire professional staff care about their patient's comfort. The hygienists provide excellent care, and offer good preventative advice, explaining about good dental hygiene. If you follow that, along with 6-month cleanings and once yearly x-rays, you likely will not need much else. I drive up from central Illinois to keep a dentist I trust.

Dr Biank is by far the best Dentist I have ever gone to,, besides his professionalism and knowledge of dentistry, his staff is efficient and just plain nice. He practices pain free dentistry and has a very mild friendly manner.. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good solid dentist

Have gone to Dr. Biank for 35+ years. I have always been very happy with the results. Crowns, root canals, and cavity work. All has been essentially pain free. I recommend him without hesitation.

Been very fortunate to find Dr blank previous dentist retired and went thru 2 dentist until I found Dr Biank. Hear a lot of horror stories about dentist Dr Biank is both skilled and very reasonably priced.

Dr. Vincent Biank is always kind, gentle & extremely compassionate. He has years of experience & knowledge & is always great with explaining the steps prior to the procedure. He is by far the best Dentist I've ever had. Dr. Biank & staff are always friendly, professional & caring. I look forward to many years of his excellent services. I am grateful for the education this practice provides to their patients on tips to enhance daily care. I mentioned to Shelley how much I appreciate all the TLC with our visits.
